They sold me a Lemon. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first, the transmission went on the car as I drove it up the street to my home from the lot. The were helpful towed the car and gave us another car as a loaner until they put in a new transmission. If that was the only problem I would have been okay with it but its been one problem after another. Driving home from work the lights went out on the car headlights interior everything. Then the Alternator and the car started racing while in park and over heating. Driving itself foot off the gas instead of the car slowing down it sped up. The accelerator was jammed. The car doesnt start up when you turn it on you have to make 3 attempts before it turns on and overheats when its not moving. All with in the first 2 months of having this car. Elmer Fields DOES NOT give you a written Warranty only verbal so they dont have to legally stick to it. So the car is now my problem and is the worse car Ive ever owned. I wouldnt trust them to recommend anyone else to go there not even my worse enemy.

so am about do years old and as of being a first time buyer of course your very optimistic about who to trust or what steps you will need to take in, but I found Elemer Auto Field on Facebook, so I decided to give it a shot I contacted Siso which gave me a chance to explain my situation and see if they would help me out on it, and ever since they had the best customer service he always followed up with me about new cars they had in and just made it very trusting. so I did take a mechanic with me checked out the cars, they let me test drive it & the car was in very good condition one thing that really stood out was that they handed me the car fax so I have history records of my car so it makes me more comfortable I bought a Toyota Corolla S 2004!! & I LOVE it, the best first car ever! with only 97,000 miles I highly recommend them !!

I was skeptic at first about buying a car from a dealership. I figured the obvious assumptions, they only want money and this is going to be a dog eat dog kind of transaction. Throw money at their face, and point at a car. However I have to say this establishment goes out of its way to foster a community. Siso along with my girlfriend were both very patience with my fickle mind. They had so many incredible quality cars to choose from! They even offer servicing, willing to take care of customers that purchase their vehicles. They work with you and they made buying my car a great experience! Siso and the other staff here of great help and offer a great sense of humor! Thank you for all your help guys, loving the VW!

Craig P El Dorado Hills, Just bought a 1998 Toyota Avalon on Saturday October 5th 2013.. Drove 400 plus miles home from the dealership.. Car is more tha I had hoped for .. The price was awesome!!.. But my sales rep Marvin was by far the best part of this whole experience. As was his manager Mario.. Between the two of them my whole purchase and visit was like visiting family..If I could rate the car, dealership, Marvin/Mario higher than 5 stars..., I would..Long flight down, and long drive home. Where do I begin? Its always nerve racking being a woman, having less than perfect credit and hoping you are treated fairly. I am pleased to say, I am happy to have finally chosen Elmer Field Auto Sales. I love my car, my payments are in the range I could afford and the staff and Marvin have been courteous and helpful. So far so good! My daughter also purchased from them and she too, is very satisfied. I recommend this used car lot as a trusted place to purchase a car if you cant purchase new. After a couple of weeks of looking for car for I went to Elmer field auto and they helped me out. Before them I went to several places, new car dealers and small dealers and no one could seem to finance me with no credit and very low down payment. Everyone wanted a cosigner but I didnt have one. The guys there are very helpful specially Panchitoe. He didnt make it seem like my situation was difficult. They helped me out a lot and I love my car! Im happy that Im done with car shopping, I shouldve went there first! really recommend it!
