We went down there to look at some cars that my husband had found online. The first person that came up to us when we got out of the car was a little pushy for my taste and I had to walk away. We were there for about an hour, found a Suburban that we were interested in and started talking to the "finance" person. The "price" was totally different than what was online because the online price is "cash" price not finance price. He was short and rude and more worried about his cell phone that was ringing off the hook with his "amore" calling than talking business with us. We walked out and got in the car and were stopped by Franko, who talked to us and worked out a deal. We came back the next day with our down payment and to finish up paper work, only to be told they would need a little more down but that we could "defer it." After talking it over we decided to go ahead and get the car. Since then the car has been fine, runs great, we havent had any problems in a month. HOWEVER, I asked about automatic payments and was told that was possible only to find out it is not, asked about being able to pay the rest of our down via automatic payment or depositing only to find out later that that was not possible either. We have not recieved a SINGLE word regarding the extended warranty we purchased even though I have called twice to ask about it and still have not recieved the registration papers. The vehicle we bought is fine, they did work with my credit but they are VERY un-orginized and seem to have NO idea what can and can not be done with the financing company. Lastly, getting ANYONE to return a phone call is near IMPOSSIBLE.

This place I found on craigslist I went in and found the car I wanted money down and finance, signed the papers and left but they are shady they tell you what they want to make you feel at ease and we made a deal that my first payment was in 3months got it March5 and my first payment was not tell June5 that what I sign to but I only have the copy there copy they to the finance company was different said it was do on April5 so I told them what happen they dont care, the dealer said thats not what he told us to the finance company so the just repo the car with out saying anything then for me to get the back I had to pay the repo and the payment, its hard to reach anyone on the phone and they have no regard for there customers and just disrespectful its to late to take it back I would not buy a car from them if you do cover yourself to make sure everything was right before you walk out the door cause they are straight snakes.......

I bought a car here last year included a car fax report: no accidents. Within months I noticed signs of an accident: paint peeling, check engine and airbag ligt. bondo work and panels started falling off. Within a week i needed a new battery, tags and TWO TIRES BLEW OUT!. I recently went back thinking ill be seen as a return customer, they ask MORE for a down payment and the first one is paid off. All the cars on look like tgey just came off the auction. How do I rate my experience? Im still looking. These guys are hustlers.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY LOST THE TITTLE TO MY CAR WHEN I BOUGHT IT BACK IN FEB/2012. TILL THIS DAY NOBODY AT THIS PLACE HAS AN ANSWER ABOUT WHERE THE DUPLICATE IS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! RAFAEL IN FINANCE IS A LIAR AND SHOULD CHANGE HIS JOB. ASKED FOR A MANAGER 3 TIMES AND THEY CLAIM TO BE A MANAGER. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE U WILL GET THE RIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!

LOL i bought the first vehicle here! This place just opened up and you can tell from the limited inventory. I happened to catch a great deal on craigslist so i stopped by. Very clean place with easy going staff. The car was in near perfect condition and really clean. It could be that they are putting extra attention on the first cars because they just opened up. Either way lucky me i got a great car, in great condition, for a great price!

Called Franko asking questions RE: 97 suburban. He was very helpful and inviting over the phone so I came by to see him he was motivated to help me and stayed late working with me in fact, both Franko and Carlos worked on my deal and made it easy for me to make my purchase.

They are under new ownership. They scammed me out my money. They sold me a lemon vehicle that had been in a accident a year prior before I purchase the vehicle. They lied about the vehicle car history report. Now Im taking them to court. Dont can here!!!!!

This place has bad service and uneducated staff. They dont answer or return calls and give you the wrong info on the finance company. The report guy is very shady as well as the staff. Safe urself the trouble. Dont but from here. Its a trap

Pleasent, polite, very informative and patient. The only complaints is the price of the car, and how their is no warranty on the car. This is a risky contract because theirs no back up on the car, but the service was great.
