I have had the pleasure of being a customer of Valencia Acura Service Dept for over 6 years. My car was getting older, and I wanted to buy new, but I couldnt afford any of the beautiful new Acuras. I decided to buy a Honda, but my main concern was that I wouldnt get the kindness and quality service I have received from Valencia Acura. Joey,Mike, and Robin in the service department are wonderful and very honest gentlemen. The entire dealership reflects high quality and integrity. I understand that Valencia Acura will also service Hondas, so if I dont feel I am being treated fairly at the new dealership, I know I can always take my car back to Joey and the entire gang at Valencia Acura. Congratulations Valencia Acura, for showing all the other dealerships in Santa Clarita how to do it right!

Ive been to multiple dealerships because of my familys multiple cars, but this dealership stands out. Although I havent purchased a car at this dealership, I service my car here. The employees are some of the most friendly people you can find. They tell you whats wrong with the car, what it needs, what the recommend, etc. They do all of this with a smile and they are extremely polite. As an added bonus, they have complimentary beverages, complementary treats, complimentary car washes, and free multi point inspections. The owner of the dealership drops by occasionally to make sure everything is running smoothly. You cant beat the service and the politeness here. If you have an Acura (or Honda) take it here!

The service reps for auto maintenance at this business are outstanding. They are helpful, knowledgeable and fair. They are the number one reason I continue to have my Acura serviced here and my car is approaching 300,000 miles. I enjoy the use of the computer in the parts store while I wait for my car. And there are always cookies and beverages in the main show room. Thank God for the great service department because I wasnt as impressed with the sales rep that sold us the car. Kind of condescending. But that is just one rep and he might have been having a bad day.

Always had very good service from the service department. They are helpful and always listen. One of the guys remembers my name. Either he is good with names or I am there a lot. :) I dont have any experience with their sales. But whenever I head into the show room while waiting for the car to drop me off at the mall. No one seems to notice me.

I rarely post reviews, unless I complete satisfied. Today 01/20/2017 I bought 2017 Acura TLX from Tony Nardizi. Not only he offered the deal that nobody could beat. Tony offered no pressure experience. He also very friendly, very professional and great person to deal with.

I have purchased or leased 5 cars from them over the years. This is the only dealership Ive ever been to that I felt that they treated me fairly and I got the best deal. The service dept is the best! Always the most honest, Mike is one of the best in the business.

Though I didnt buy there, the service department was great. They fixed my problem with my TL and helped to get Acura Corporate to cover it under warranty. Just really knowledgeable and friendly. Much better than Acura of Glendale.
