Mein Apuya is an invaluable asset to MBZ Valencia! I came back to Mein for my Third MB lease, and for a good reason. Each time, the transaction is preceded with a series of phone calls and e-mails on my part, weeks in advance to my visit, asking of Mein a million of questions and working through various financing scenarios. Mein is ALWAYS kind, patient, informative, responds promptly and with genuine care for my car needs, and I am a Mercedes Fanatic. In fact, the E350 has been the object of my affection and obsession for two years now, and Mein has patiently assisted, worked with MB Finance, and guided me through the credit process to make my dream come true! I just leased my 3rd MB, the E350 Sport, thanks to Mein, who is nothing short of a Miracle Worker to gently guide me through making it happen. He is deserving of utmost appreciation at MB Valencia. In his quiet and kind way, Mein works effortlessly until he makes sure the customer gets what fits their circumstances perfectly, at the best-possible value. I live in Marina del Rey, and dont ever hesitate to get on the freeway and drive for a good hour, to come visit MB Valencia, where I know that Mein will take care of any issue that I might have with my car. I can count on him to even reorganize his work schedule and ensure he can be there to accommodate MY schedule, and my visit to the dealership. Thank you, Mein, for being a true Mercedes Benz, Professional: The Best or Nothing. Thank you for being The Best, and for extending every day the MB Customer Care that compares to no other. If Mein relocates to another MB Dealership, I will follow him, for the service and attention I have now grown accustomed to, and I am so grateful for.

We purchased a "new" GL550 back in October 2016. I am writing a review in late February 2017 after nearly 5 months of waiting for them to replace one of the wheels that was curbed prior to delivery. The only reason this is not a ONE star review is because they accepted the responsibility after I noticed it when we took the car home. I gave the dealership benefit of the doubt since the vehicle was considered "new" (although it had nearly 500 miles on the odometer when sold). I should have inspected the vehicle thoroughly BEFORE I took delivery. I suspect the car was most likely used for their dealership shuttles and the wheel was curbed during this time. Well, Ray the GM of sales, seemed responsive and immediately agreed to "refinish" this wheel but the repair guy did such a lousy job that he even punctured the tire. Ray immediately replaced the tire since it was losing air and offered to replace my wheel ASAP. Its been nearly 5 months. Ive asked them on a monthly basis what is happening and nothing. "We are still waiting for a vehicle to get traded in so we can replace that wheel..." Ive been very patient and I generally hate to write negative reviews. I even contacted MB corporate and they cannot assist me with this. This is a $100k car and our first MB. Now I am waiting for a vehicle to get traded in or a lease return so I can get a used 30k-50k mile wheel for my "new GL550 wheel. Solid, huh? Most likely our last. And definitely the last from MB of Valencia! **UPDATE** RESOLVED: After escalating this matter with Mercedes-Benz corporate, the dealership agreed to replace the wheel with a new wheel.

When it comes to service - there is no one better and here is why and who my "Valencia Mercedes" service hook up is. When selling high ticket items like real estate, some will expect success to be reflected in what we drive. I get that, so Mercedes was our choice. During our Mercedes ownership - cars have to be serviced. We have one vehicle that "broke the mold" and is at over 100k in miles - I expect to keep it until the tires fall off :) Age tends to cause a break down of everything. Cars are no different. I wanted to save money so I took it to a "Mercedes certified" repair shop in Newhall. The guy fixed it, but used "non Mercedes" parts and I had nothing but issues. While leaving a parking the front two air adjustable shocks he had just installed, "popped" as my tires hit the street! In fact, I attempted to get him to deliver better service and use Mercedes parts, but he refused - stating there was nothing I could do to him... I swallowed my price and went back to Mercedes of Valencia. I have been dealing with Luis Torres in Service - he has always been stellar and was no different when I returned with my ego bruised and having spent more than they would charged me in the first place. He understood and sought to get me the best deal on the "re-repair" because I returned and had such a bad "offsite" experience. The repair shop was the one that took advantage of me - but Luis Torres made it right, even though it was not their issue nor fault. They have my loyalty and Luis Torres needs to be commended for his securing a Client for Life at Mercedes-Benz of Valencia Service!

Let me start off by saying that my car buying experience at this dealership was FANTASTIC! I did not come to the dealership that day to purchase anything, only to test drive a few different models. Milton Garcia greeted me with a great big smile (remembering me from the day before…impressive) and allowed me to test drive a couple of cars. Milton took me on a test drive and explained in detail each and every car I was driving and answered the many questions that I had. Then comes along Kazz and William. They were the best salesmen I’ve dealt with in a long time. Both were so professional and made me feel very comfortable. These guys know their stuff. I never did feel intimidated or pressured. They both explained the leasing program to me in great detail. They got me a great deal on a new car with everything that I wanted. The next thing you know, I was walking out of there with a 2013 C-class. Buying that car was the last thing I had expected. Carlos Gerpe in financing was the best. He was very friendly. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything extra. He took the time to explain all of the different packages/options. I would say the whole process; from the test drive to finance took about 3 hrs, if that. As I said before, that was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Good Job Mercedes Benz of Valencia. I will be back!!! Thank You guys ☺

"Milton Garcia went beyond expectations helping me find the right car. I had been searching to replace my older MB using all means, and had already test driven a few cars before following a recommendation and stopping by your dealership. I fell in love with the first car we looked at. However, when I concluded the it was simply not in my budget, I informed Milton, so he showed me another that was in my budget, but when compared to the first car, just didnt excite me. I told him what I was looking for, and continued my search around LA. A few days later Milton called and said he might have something for me. I was busy, and made a joke via email asking if he could drive the car to Burbank for me to see. He actually did it! And it was a great car!. During the few days that elapsed before the car was to be ready I fielded lots of calls from other salesman at other dealerships, offering deals that were also good on similar vehicles, but barring some ridiculous opportunity, there was not a chance I wasnt going to work with Milton. Milton delivered and Ill be recommending him and Valencia MB to anyone that is interested in a Mercedes.".
