They are absolutely the worst with customer service! I purchased a car from them towards the end of January 2017. Within one week, my check engine light came on. Driving from West Hollywood to their establishment, they fixed the problem which was a connection issue. Another week goes by and the light comes on again. Again, driving to their establishment to have the looked at. Their mechanic notified me that the light went on for the same reason, and that it could potentially be an electrical issue, and if it happens again to call ahead of time and they would refer me to a specialist. Well, the light went on again and I called LA Car Gallery, in which they said I could come in the following day. When I arrived, about 15 minutes later I was then told that I need to call/go to another mechanic Juan from Diegos Total Auto Center the following day, and that I didnt need to come in today. Frustrated, about the lack of communication and their empty apologies I demanded they at least wash my car for the inconvenience, which they did. When I arrived back home, in West Hollywood, I called the other mechanic who 1) has no dealings with the LA Car Gallery, 2) doesnt even do electrical work. I quickly called the LA Car Gallery, stressing my displeasure and demanding a resolution, Alex assured me that they would handle this issue an call me back within 15 minutes. One hour later, I called back and was greeted by the first mechanic who said "oh yeah, well we called Juan and gave him your information and he said he would call you." The first mechanic then proceeded to provide me with Juans cell phone number and then "yeah, yeah, yeah" me, dismissing my clear frustrations due to their lack of basic communication and customer service. I am appalled, absolutely and utterly appalled. Perhaps its because I am a young woman that these men think that they can talk down to me and give me the run around, that I would just be complacent. I understand that issues happen with cars, that everything may not go as planned, however I do expect a business to treat its clients with respect and common decency.

Purchased a BMW 750Li on Feb 14 and have already terminated the sales contract and am without a vehicle because of the shady business practices of Alex the manager and this car lot. Within the first week I had the engine light and low engine coolant light on and in the weeks that followed had to bring my car back at least 4 times where each time it would sit for a day or two on the lot, for their so called "mechanic" to always come back with the response that he put it on his computer and cant find anything wrong. After several attempts to allow them to make the situation right I had a BMW specialist take a look at it. His diagnosis and advice to me was basically the car would end up being well over $5000 in repairs and that it would be the worst investment I could make. He was also very adamant that there is no way a mechanic worth his salt could not find the problems with the vehicle. After this i came back to Alex with video and the mechanics report and he said he was willing to let me out of the contract but that I would still owe $1200 on taxes. ( for a vehicle i am NOT PURCHASING!!) I also ran into one of their salesman who happens to be my neighbor and he told me out of his own mouth that he would get angry at Alex and the way he handled me because they would let my car sit without even having any mechanic look at it, wait 2 days and call me to say it was ready. And heres the best part, after stealing my $1200 and not being able to tell me why I had to lose out on that money, they were sending it to be detailed so they could re-slap the for sale sign on that lemon of a vehicle for the next poor unsuspecting person to wind up with more money in repairs than the car is worth. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint with the DMV but for now if your reading this review and happen to be on the fence about purchasing the BMW 750li (which looks beautiful on the outside) DONT DO IT!! i bought a mercedes benz c230 from this dealer, they have great selection of used cars. being the type of person that dont have that much patient and wants everthing to be close to perfect. Buy a car here send it to get an oil change have them tell you got a car that hadan oil change done and you need to get it fixed or else your engine will expload and spend 800$ on the fix thanks la car you guys are amazing
