This place is a real crap hole! They sold me a LEMON! Im surprised My tires didnt deflate driving off the lot. It was my FIRST time buying a car! I fell in love with a jeep they had, and I traded in my old used Malibu as the down payment. There were issues with the jeep, but they said, dont worry.. blha blah blah. air bag light, check engine light, ripped top. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME BUYING A CAR! They totally took advantage of the system, and my lack of experience. They NEVER FIXED ANYTHING. I took it to a mechanic right after, I ended up spending over 6K to repair it to make it safe & drivable.... the cae with interest cost 6K.... I Ended up having to pay OVER 12,000 dollars!!!!!!!!!! They said they would switch my traded in car out of my name, it was part of the process, and what I overpaid them for... one year later I go to the DMV to register my jeep, and just asked about my old Malibu I traded in to make sure it was out of my name. NOPE it was still in my name with 7 parking tickets, and a warrant!?! I had to go to court to show proof that I no longer owned the vehicle. These guys turned my life upside down, THEN had the nerve to ask me for more of a deposit, and called the loan company TOPAZ! (which will get my next review) and added $600 on to my loan. ILLEGAL!! Then to top it off, this car has been paid off for over 8 months now, why are they pulling my credit report 8 months later? FRAUD! They are making HARD inquiries on my credit report, I just found out, every other week almost, and qualifying people, with my social? what the?!!! ILLEGAL!!! I have a lawyer now, who has pulled the reports, and shows final payment on the loan, and Hard inquires multiple times a month after. ( These inquiries, are very damaging to a credit report) But more so, why are they still pulling them?? Someone needs to get these guys closed down, what they are doing is illegal! Im already starting a claim with the Van Nuys court house. If anyone else has experienced this, go to the Van Nuys Police station, I have a report and file started, for a criminal investigation, under their company name and address. For everyone else, STAY AWAY! for your own sake, These guys are crooks!

First and foremost I like that they let you look at the vehicles and then you come to the portable to ask for questions if you want to check out a car. You dont feel that pressure of rushing to buy a car. I bought a 06 GMC Envoy, my children and their friends love it as I. Love that they make you feel like family and do their best to help. My credit was bad but they worked with it. Thank You ATM for all your help

I didnt have a credit score and needed a car, they told me no problem we can help you. They did sold me a car without asking too much but they gave a high interest and the car started failing few months after I took it out from there and every time a called the guy in charge was never there... Yeah right. Point is that I had the worst experience with this guys. Dont waste your time and money here is just a rip off

izzy gutierrez ATM auto sales is going out of business and not paying any of their creditors. Most of their cars are consignment and they have No Titles. You purchase a car you might not get registration nor title. They will sell you a car with no credit because the cars do not belong to them. Ask to see the title before purchase. If you do not get title contact DMV. Watch out.

I got a car from these people almost a year ago and have only been able to drive my "good condition car" for about 2 months total. They "fixed" one of the problems and ripped me off saying it wasnt covered ...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND CREDIT SCORE!!
