I have taken my car to this dealership a few times. Both times, I was very unsatisfied. They recommended that I needed to have parts replaced and services, that I later found out from my regular mechanic (not a dealership), were not needed. They also took the liberty of replacing my license plate frame (without my knowledge or consent), with their license plate frame with their logo on it --- advertising their dealership --- which I wouldnt do with good conscience, nor did I want to. I just called today to see what a 30,000 mile service would cost and they quoted me $600.00 --- !! Kirby Subaru quoted me $400 --- I called just to see what they would say, and I frankly, was not surprised they mis-quoted me OR jacked up the prices! I will never go back to this dealership -- I think they are scam artists, and they give Subaru a bad name-- and I dont think there will EVER be as good of a Subaru dealership as BARBER Subaru was -- -Unfortunately, they were bought out by Kirby --- who also pales in comparison to Barber...

I just purchased a 2016 WRX STi from this dealership. I bought my car through an auto broker and not one of their salesman, however they still treated me like any other customer. When I went into the dealership to pick up the car Alan Johnson helped me out and was awesome. He didnt sell me the car but treated me as if he did, he brought the car out to me and walked me around the car for inspection, let me test drive it before I finalized all the paperwork. As I finished up the paperwork he got it washed/waxed for me so as soon as I was done I was out the door in my new STi and couldnt have been any happier. I had to drive a little over an hour to get to this dealership to get the exact car I wanted, so I very much appreciated how quick they took care of all the paperwork for me. Thanks Ladin Subaru and Alan Johnson, much appreciated.

Just picked up my 2016 STI and the service that I got cannot be duplicated. They got my car ready for pickup on a Sunday and and stayed after hours just to make sure that everything was explained properly. I was never rushed and the Finance manager was just a pleasure to work with. Not a single moment that I thought I was being pressured or sold. At the end, I found out that they added door protectors and that was after all pricing was done 6 weeks ago when we ordered the car with my specifications. Just fantastic. I would buy another Subaru just to deal with this dealership again. Thank you Eric and Dave. God Bless you guys

My Wife and I just bought a new, 2015 Suburu Crosstrek at Ladin Suburu of Thousand Oaks. Both Steve and Brian teamed up to help us buy the Crosstrek. Both Steve and Brian were extremely helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with. I personally do like the process of buying a car because the pressure and games that car dealerships play. This was not the case at Ladin Suburu. The overall vibe at Ladin is professional buy laid-back at the same time. We would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a car go to Ladin Suburu, and ask for either Brian or Steve. These guys know their stuff when it comes to cars.

I had the best car buying experience ever with Tony Lee at Ladin Subaru in Thousand Oaks. He was honest, knowledgeable, very helpful, and gave us a good deal. No pressure and very upfront with pricing and options. I liked him so much that I came back and bought a second car from him. I would recommend Tony Lee to my friends. I also want to mention Ken Marceau who is the finance manager who helped us. He was very professional, carefully and clearly explaining each of the entries on the forms to be filled out. This was especially helpful when choosing amongst the warranty options.

My husband and I were car shopping this weekend, and he finally convinced me to check out Subaru. Needless to say, I was totally surprised at how great the new Forester looks and drives! After testing just about every other vehicle in the Compact SUV segment, we were really impressed and came back the next day to trade in my BMW and upgrade to a 2016 Forester Touring. We also had the pleasure of working with Steve Torres, who was a no pressure salesman with lots of personality. I would highly recommend this dealership and Subaru to anyone in the market for a family car!

Stopped by for a test drive and information. Salesman Andy asked if we were ready to buy, we said we were going to buy a Subaru but were at the start of the process. At that he could not be bothered, never offered to have someone else help us. He did give us the keys to a very nice Outback and told us to take it for a very long drive. Never asked for ID! He also badmouth the dealership in Ventura. We did return the car and Andy was busy selling a car, never offered us a card. I would never do business with this dealership and I will be sure to tell others.

Unprofessional. If you have a recall on your car, they cannot confirm how long it will take to fix even though the recall is the same fix. Fixing the same recall over and over they should have a good estimate of how long it will take to fix the problem. They dont provide rentals either. Note: Called Van Nuys Subaru just after. They were on top of the recall -- it takes 2 hours to fix. Im taking my business there.

They claimed I scraped my car after they performed service and thats why they are not at fault for my wheel well coming out on the freeway and almost causing an accident. Just wanted my wheel well replaced and the service manager was unprofessional, rude, and judgemental. Simply a bad representation of what a professional automotive establishment should be. Will never recommend or return for any reason.

Once you buy your car, forget about quality service. Youll be lucky to get an appointment within a week. If its urgent expect to be ignored. My wife needed service because the engine light and EyeSight lights came on the dash panel. She had a long drive through the desert. Ladin Subaru transferred me around and no reply! Please avoid this place, youve be warned.

Please be sure to ask for Amir Esmailie. He is THE BEST sales consultant that my Dad & I have ever experienced. He knows every detail about each Subaru. The test drive was simply amazing. Thank you Amir for your time going over all the features. This is my first review ever but felt like I needed to let other buyers know who the best salesman is!

Such a great dealership. I just bought my second Subaru from this dealership. I bought again from this dealership without hesitation because of how well they took care of me and my first car. I especially like that they will provide a loaner car if I am unable to stay. This is just one instance where they go above and beyond to provide A+ service.

Went in to see about replacing or selling my old subaru and no one wanted to help. A few days later I called for a part and the guy on the phone acted like I was wasting his time. If there was another dealer nearby I would go there. I will definitely not buy another subaru or recommend anyone to this dealership.
