Seriously Beware: Ive had a nice experience here before, but it went complete 180 the next time. Dont plan to go back. Ive got to say all of the people were nice, except the service manager, but this was a case of a job not being done right and not owning up to it. I brought my truck in for service on a check engine light while still under warranty. While I was there, I additionally asked about the truck kicking slightly when I started and stopped. They said theyd look into it. They serviced whatever was causing my check engine light, and when I asked about the kicking they said it was good to go and looked OK. Well - what do I know? The experts drove it around and said it was fine. Good enough for me! Of course I later realized that this should have been looked into more, and that it in fact was not even recorded in the notes. 5 months later, I went back for another oil change at 7:30 AM and they found that I had $520 worth of repairs to the shocks. I was shuttled home and told it would be ready around 1 PM. At this point, I was very irritated but it was explained to me shocks had nothing to do with the kicking. Thats OK - cant argue facts I suppose. But after more discussion I realized they never looked into the kicking at all. In fact, the service person didnt even bother to write it down in my notes despite me explicitly asking about it. Again, this guy was nice but he messed up. Mistakes happen, but in client servicing they can be corrected. I called in to speak to the service guy and ask him why this wasnt properly looked into and he said "Oh well because you came in for the check engine light and you didnt explicitly come in FOR that, all we did was a visual inspection". ...I was stunned. Seriously? I could do a very similar job by opening the hood and saying "hmm, looks OK to me". I explained the whole reason I chose that time to ask about it was my warranty was almost up. All he kept saying was "Im confused" and transferred me to his manager. Well, his manager was on a mysterious "other call" for 4 hours (seriously, 4 hours). I get giving people the runaround when youre busy, but 4 hours is terribly rude. Each time I called I was told the manager would call ME back asap - that was the biggest annoyance. If I had known shed just ignore me all day, maybe I could have gotten some meaningful work done. Finally I got through and she detailed the most frustrating Catch 22 situation to me. Because there was no note on the service account regarding kicking, and because I signed the paperwork when I picked my truck up initially, they couldnt look into it more. I continued to explain that the reason this note was missing from the account is because her employee didnt put it there, but she continued to recycle her "argument". At one point, it was the manager and TWO service reps in the same room trying to wrap their heads around this. Round after round of this played out. I then asked to be transferred back to service and I was hung up on - BY THE MANAGER. When I got back in touch with service, I was told my truck would now be ready "no later than 4:30 PM since there are others in line first". They had to get a part from across town. Remember I brought it in at 7:30 AM. No one else was in front of me. At 5:00 I still hadnt heard anything so I called back. I was informed it was ready! Finally! I asked for the shuttle and was then informed "oh - the shuttle stops at 4:30". Unbelievable. They just couldnt be bothered to retain me as a customer, and then decided to screw me over at the end of the day. No mention of the shuttle stopping, or that my truck was going to be a late pickup. I was really disheartening to see these people not care.

Ford of Simi Valley was absolutely amazing. I really cant say more positive things about Henry and his team. I knew the exact car I wanted down to the trim, White Platinum Mustang GT Limited with Manual Transmission and Performance Package, Black Interior and Technology Package. They had it on the lot brand new which was just purely meant to be. I worked with Juan the sales rep who was the best sales rep Ive ever worked with. Seriously. Hands down. After 2 hours of painless negotiating. They never pressured me or twisted my arm. I knew my price and played hardball and they pulled through with an incredible deal. Beanie worked out the financing as well through a local credit union at an incredible rate. My payments were the same as my old Kia!! All my friends that have asked where I bought it from have had glowing things to say about Simi Valley Ford, and for good reason from my experience They stayed clear until Midnight to get the car cleaned and into my garage, and have followed up a couple times to check on us, which showed me they genuinely care. Our next vehicle will be Ford and it will be from Simi Valley because of this transaction alone. Looking at you Ford Escape Titanium!

Terrible sales experience. We bought one vehicle about 6 months before. When we came in the 2nd time, they tried to sell us a vehicle we didnt want because they didnt have anything close to the vehicle I wanted. They said they would locate a 2016 for me, but then never called us back. The salesperson even told us about how management works "If they WANT to make a deal today ,youll drive home in a new car...if they DONT, forget it. They wont lift a finger". Well, they day we were there...they didnt want to sell a car. We have excellent credit and had cash in hand and they simply wouldnt put any effort out to locate a car. We went to Glendale then very next day, bought our new car in less than an hour and got a very good deal. Service department has also been very disappointing. Its like they are doing you some sort of favor by speaking to you. Everyone there ignored me till I walked into the showroom and located a manager. I should have just walked out the first time. I wont make that mistake again. There arent any other Ford Dealers close by, but I still wont be back.

This is probably the most average small-town dealer you could find. They are not great, as a matter of fact, I dread having to deal with them. But this is to be expected, they are a dealership and they are trying to make a buck at every corner. You cant fault a shark for being a shark. They get three stars because you kind of expect a dealership to suck on some level, and they hit all the right marks. You will not be impressed with their service department, sales, customer service, etc. You will walk out of there saying, "yea that was about is bad as I thought." Services take 6 1/2 hours with an appointment. They didnt even touch my car until over 5 hours after I dropped it off. Also Deena Lovell, who is in management there, is really just kind of lame. Think of someone who got stuck in middle management and has developed some sort of superiority complex and that is her. All in all, of you absolutely have to go here, then go here. Otherwise drive to Galpin or DCH
