This dealer is horrible they discriminated because we were HISPANIC , i guess to their understanding Hispanics cant offer their cars? not even a lawyer who is HISPANIC right? i was talked down to by the sales rep who at first did not even want to help it was 5 workers and they were all "busy" or leaving I forgot the name of the horrible sales rep i just know him a being HISPANIC. He lied and said he had a client coming but then saw hey maybe they are here to buy a car so he ended up helping us and his so called client never showed up lol. he said he had to call them to cancel right!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he was so pushy and tried to sale me a car i didnt even want he would ignore the request of me saying i want this car he kept saying could you just listen. I was in shock as he tried to carry himself with so much class but he was the button gum of my shoe. You can not judge somebody by their race. I am pretty sure being younger than him by many many years being HISPANIC i make more money than him for him to try to be little me and make me feel any less.. after he kept saying could just listen 21921 times i decided he wasnt going to have my business so i said thank you for your time its not going to work out he then said i quote after 2 hours you decide its not going to work out lol yes its your job to win me over with the buy so even if i had spend 7hours with you if i dont want it , i dont want it. i will never buy here instead i gave my business to mercedez of calabasas .

Terrible service and awful new car experience. Recently purchased a new E63 AMG Mercedes and so far its been one problem after another. The dealer tried to sell me one that was all scratched up, I said no. The second car they sold me had a broken dash part, scratched wheel and a broken undercarriage part. I told the deal before leaving the lot of the issue with the dash and the next day I was in and told the sales agent and manager about the wheel scratch. (lesson here, buy a car in the day light) I was told I should have bought the new wheel protection plan and that they wouldnt do anything for me on the wheel. The dash part took the dealer 15 + days to repair and the broken undercarriage issue couldnt be figured out without me going there and driving somebody around. I guess they couldnt drive it and hear the noise without me in the car. The dealer suggested I contact Mercedes directly. I did, they were just as useless and unable to assist in any way. So for now I have my car back and the dealer asked me to fill out a survey and give them all 10s. Yeah right. They basically want me to lie for them. No thanks. Im done buying cars here and would not recommend SilverStar to any serious buyer. Lip service is all you will get. In this day and age you need to provide real service and quality support. Thanks for nothing SilverStar.

This is NOT professional people! They make a lot of paperwork mistakes during the sale of the car to my sister such as messing up with VIN number of vehicle and year of car. Now nobody is responding to her, seems like the manager does not even know whats going on at dealership or just ignoring customers if any issues come up. The guy in financial department who was finalizing that deal without my sisters permission (she had a loan from BoA, but they could not locate the record online) applied to many different banks for the car loan for her. She even didnt know about it, but right now she is getting letters from the banks and completely in shock. She has a perfect credit score and shed never ask this salesmen for this step! This is just terrible! My sister going to contact her attorney to help to solve this issue with new car VIN number she just bought from this MB dealership. Also she will file complain to MB of USA customer support and Consumer Affairs. Dont buy anything from these people!

We bought a Volvo XC90 from Silver Star and the Salesman Greg Jarvis confirmed the car had not been in any accidents. The 1st time we took it to a Volvo dealership they showed us where it had been in a front end accident - paint on hood and fenders not matching, paint on the bolts on the fenders was not matched up meaning they were removed and painted. We are very angry and called Greg and his response was "We paint all our bumpers." Phil Garret from an outside Customer Satisfaction company has called me 3 times and each time Ive been told someone would contact me. We have left messages with Bill Little the GM and Susan Murata and neither have called back. It is a serious legal issue that Silver Star is selling cars that have been in accidents, and lying to customers in order to sell them. Im now in contact Scott Stanley the new GM to see what Silver Star is going to do about it.

When was the last time you went to a car dealership and truly enjoyed the experience? We went in to purchase two vehicles from Marian, and she found exactly what we wanted and at the best price. She insulated us from dealing with the bulk of paperwork, was respectful of our schedules, extended every courtesy and incentive possible to us, and she was always concerned that we not settle for less than exactly the configuration we desired. The entire transaction was an absolute pleasure, not to mention just good fun. Marian has a friendly way about her that is candid and authentic, leaving you with a feeling of trustworthiness that is not feigned. She is without reservation the best automobile dealer we know. Note that this is our second go-around with Marian and the first experience was just as great. Were passing the word around!

This was our first purchase or contact with Marian Dailey and Silver Star Mercedes, CA. From the initial email, placing a factory order, and picking up the vehicle the process has been simple, straight forward, no pressure, no surprises, and with no issues. Oh did I forget to say with a great no-haggle price and no hidden fees at closing. Marian Dailey also responded promptly to questions after the sale. Based on my previous experiences during the last 40-years with new car dealers this type of experience is not possible. If you choose to purchase a Mercedes and do not use Marian Dailey you must enjoy the normal run-around, surprises, and haggling.

Leased a car there in may 2013. Signed a contract for 4 years 48,000 miles. After I turned in the car-- I got a bill for 8044 overage.miles. With some deep investigation, I discovered that SiverStar forged a rescision of my 48,000 mile contract and then forged a 40,000 mile lease. I had to spend $990 on a handwriting expert who wrote her expert opinion that I did not author the 40,000 mile contract. I am sitll shocked by this and how badly I have been treated when I showed the dealership this evidence. I have been a good customer, (6 cars since 2012) and this is how they treat me.
