"SCAM ARTISTS" short and simple. If you are planning on buying a VW from Neftin DONTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!! I bought a certified Pre-owned 2006 Passat and it has been nothing but problems. Their power-tran warranties only last for 65,000 miles which is usually how long you have until they start emptying you bank account to fix a simple problem. They test your knowledge about mechanics and if your an innocent human being that has no knowledge on the matter they will invent problems to fix. They change and replace everything but the real defect. They claim that the only thing they go by is the codes that their computers give. I guess the mechanics at Neftin dont have to use their brains, knowledge and experence to eliminate the codes that dont make sense. They fix things by trial and error which turns out being an error. Not to mention Bruce not knowing his real position whether he is a service rep. or the service manager. I was tested by Bruce and told that my vehicles cam-shaft and and high pressure fuel pump needed to be changed coming to a total of $2000. I denied them permission to do anything until i got a second opinion from a family mechanic. After doing some research and calling other VW dealerships I come to find out that the camshaft and fuel pump were both covered by a warranty extension that I qualified for. I confronted Mr. Bruce about this issue and he had no choice but to back pedal and fix the matter at hand. I was irate at the fact that if i didnt do more research that i would have paid these people to fix the problem. Bruce did not want to deal with me anymore and that is when he revealed his true position and passed me onto the real service manager Mark. You would think that someone in Marks position would be willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy a customer that has been a victim of his staffs lies and deception. But he turned out to be one of the same. He claimed that he was going to state some specifics on the work order that we agreed on and come to find out that was BS as well. I did not want to take my vehicle until he changed the type on what we agreed too. As expected from scam artists, Mark told me that it is not his problem anymore since i singed for the vehicle already and if i didnt take the vehicle and something happens to it he is no longer responsible. After all that the car was also diagnosed to find out why the airbag and parking brake lights were triggered. Mark claimed that it was because of a defective ABS system that would cost $1500 to replace be as you probably know that was a lie as well. I hope that by reading this as well as the other reviews you come to change your mind on buying any vehicle from Neftin!!!!! Save your time, money and blood pressure! PS: They did all this to a 21 Year old college student who cant afford to be taking advantage of!

I worked with Cynthia in the internet sales department when I bought my new 2016 MX-5 Sport. It was without a doubt the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I sent Cynthia an e-mail asking for a quote and she got me a great price on the car. I am very particular when I buy a new car, and she was totally accommodating with all of my needs. I asked that she verify the odometer reading and that the car had not been test driven before, and specifically requested that the car not be washed so I could hand it directly over to my detailing guy. None of those things were an issue - she verified the odometer for me and secured the keys to the car in her office. I hopped in the car and drove over two hours to Neftin Mazda to pick up my new car. Absolutely worth the drive! Id test driven the new MX-5s at a few dealerships so I didnt feel the need to drive the car Id be buying, but I inspected everything carefully and the car was perfect. I met Cynthia when I arrived and shes by far the most friendly and humorous sales person Ive ever dealt with. We sat down and filled out the paperwork (which was a breeze!), took care of the financing side, and Cynthia even followed me to the gas station as I had requested to be the one that drives the car off the lot. I drove off with the biggest smile on my face in my new MX-5! Lets review. Cynthia responded immediately to my calls and e-mails, is a Mazda enthusiast herself and is extremely passionate about the cars she sells, has encyclopedic knowledge of every new Mazda vehicle, has a fantastic sense of humor, and was completely straightforward and forthcoming throughout the entire purchase process. I might have to buy another Mazda just so I can work with her again! Its not just her either. All of the other staff at Neftin Mazda were an absolute pleasure to work with, and the dealership itself is very nice. Everything is kept very clean and organized inside and the premises look great too. All in all, Id give far more than five stars if I could. If youre in the market for a new or used Mazda, send Cynthia an e-mail or give her a call and youll never be disappointed. Hands down the best Mazda dealer in Southern California.

After we purchased our new Jetta my husband noted a nick in the front windshield of my Jetta, something invisible to us in the dark when we first left. We returned the next day, left the car and were provided a beautiful Volkswagen rental vehicle and came back that afternoon after Jason had a glass repair service try to plug the defect. On our return, George personally inspected the vehicle with us and both he and my husband were not satisfied with the result. Instead of sending us on our way, he asked for an additional day. To make a long story short, we ended up with a new windshield and another full tank of gas. Theres more! We were so happy with this result that we returned this past week with one of our sons who now too is a proud owner of a Neftin Volkswagen, a GTI. Next in line is our sons girlfriend and our other son, both of whom will soon be seeking Neftin Volkswagen vehicles from George and Jason in the near future. No matter who is assigned to deliver our vehicles, we will always deal directly with them in the future and have no plans to go anywhere else. We consider ourselves part of the Volkswagen family and thank the team here for all they have done for us. We look forward to our next visit!

We had a very poor sales experience yesterday with Neftin Mazda, specifically with a salesperson named Brandon. He was unprofessional, uninformed and just plain rude. He knew almost nothing about the car we were interested in and kept repeating, "We havent been trained, yet" whenever we asked a question. While I understand that its possible he may not have been trained, he seemed genuinely annoyed when we kept asking even basic questions about the vehicle. For example, when we asked why the sticker price didnt seem to make sense, he said something like, "Aw, they just stick those on there." Really? When we asked to see a specific model, he stomped out of the showroom ahead of us toward the lot as if we had interrupted his otherwise quiet car-selling Sunday. I asked him if he had a problem and he said, "Hey, Im showing you the car, arent I?" Really? We said, no thanks and walked off the lot. He stormed away. Solid customer service. Neftin used to be a quality dealer. What happened?
