Bob Smith BMW provided an excellent car buying experience. We were in the market for a Certified Pre-Owned BMW with very specific features and found it several hours away from where we live. Considering a car purchase from a distance required us to rely heavily on the honesty of the sales team for accurate answers and reliable information. We were lucky that Larry Shapiro picked up the phone on the day we called for more information on the car. Larry was dedicated to making sure the car would meet our needs. He went above and beyond to ensure that we wouldnt be disappointed in the car if we decided to purchase it, and offered to take it to a local friend or family member so they could do a test drive for us. We took him up on the offer and learned more about the car as a result. Being a Certified Pre-Owned car we werent surprised to find out there were two minor cosmetic issues. To address our concerns, Larry put us in touch with Ken Firmin from the Service Department. Ken was able to provide additional information specific to that car, and his answers gave of the confidence of knowing we would be purchasing a car we would enjoy owning. We were cautious about the long distance purchase and asked more questions than the average onsite car buyer. Larry always listened more than he talked, and he provided answers in a way that made us feel our happiness was more important to him than selling the car. We started the car purchase process remotely. When we arrived to buy the car we found it to be even better than we expected. Larry made sure we took time to test drive the car so that we wouldnt feel rushed into making a final decision. The purchase details were exactly what we had previously agreed on, and finalizing the paperwork was quick and efficient. We wanted to meet Ken while we were there, but we had arrived earlier than we originally planned for. While we were doing the paperwork Larry called Ken to let him know we were already there. Ken left a private commitment to make sure he would be on the lot before we left. Midway through the purchase Ken came by to introduce himself. He offered great information about the car in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner. Larry gave us a how-to demonstration on the cars features and handed over the key for the final time. We drove off very excited about the car and very pleased with the experience. Since then, Larry still makes time for us and has been great at following through to be sure we are satisfied with every detail of the car. Bob Smith BMW made buying a Certified Pre-Owned car remotely just as easy as buying a car onsite. Because of the excellent customer service we were confident in the purchase before heading to the dealership. Bob Smith BMW is a great place to buy a car.

Car shopping can be a tedious, frustrating, and draining experience. So when it was time to get a new vehicle after many lectures from my fiancé, I reluctantly began the search for a vehicle on google. I am renown for my excellent bargain hunting skills, and after countless hours on websites such as cardirect, carmax, and yahoo auto, I thought I had found the cheapest, best deal, possible. I was so proud of myself for finding a bmw at that price. The miles were high but who cares right? Its a BMW! It was an older model, but its a BMW!! Using there auto calculator I had my monthly payments around my budget and with a smile I saved that tab and strutted to the living room. My fiancé burst my bubble when I showed her the car, and she asked if I was joking. She said we are going to Bob Smith BMW first thing in the morning. I have never been a fan of dealerships, I have waaay too much anxiety. We were greeted and asked to wait and someone will help us shortly. We were then introduced to Larry Shapiro who instantly eased the tension with his charisma and charm. Larry is one of the most down to earth individuals I have met in a while, and he was blunt and kept it real with us from the start. I told him my budget, and not only did he work wonders that I still cannot explain with the financing, he was able to offer me a vehicle 4 years newer, 50,000 miles less traveled, and cheaper than any deal I found when i was bargain hunting. My jaw dropped to the floor. This dude is the michael jordan of cars sales, hes that good. Long story short, before you go anywhere else visit Larry Shapiro and the good people at Bob Smith BMW. Larry is a miracle worker, I cannot stress to you enough. HE even called me the next day and told me after I had purchased the vehicle that the interest rate had dropped even lower and my monthly payments would be even lower than they already were! That is unheard of! It shows how genuine the people are here, and that they honestly want the best for their customers. I went on a whim, and drove away in a car I pictured having if I was on the lakers or something. I still cant believe it. If you are looking for a new vehicle skip the hassle of searching online and go see Larry! Trust me, they truly do make good things happen!!

i leased Z4 on 2-21- 2016 from bob smith in Calabasas. I found this car on online so I drove all the way from Irvine. it took me 2 hours. when I get there I saw a missing part from passenger door side, so I asked my sales person (neil) to mail it to me. a week later they mailed a piece that its missing but it was the piece from driver side.( parts a not Identical both side. ) so It doesnt fit. i called niel, and he says he will send it to me but never received. while i was waiting for the part, i found other part is missing. it was the cover from back side of rear view mirror ( where the mirror attach to the windshield) so i was upset, because i leased a brand new car and i told neil to send me the piece asap but its been a month since i told to them. i called and text neil many times but his answer was always same. his manager said, i have to bring my car in to get fixed. yes i can do that , if i live close to Calabasas. but i live in Irvine. working 5days a week neil told me he has a loaner car. that means it takes few days to fix them. i was wondering why... why dont they get the parts first and install them right away? its not mechanical issue. its just plastic pieces missing. if i have a loaner car, i have to drive round trip, at least 4hours with out traffic. and they told me i only can have loaner car if i visit the dealer between mon- fri. that mean i have to leave my work on weekdays, drive 2 hours... i work hourly.. i dont want to lose money. and i have to spend my money for gas too. they can just mail the parts, and i can bring my car in local dealer ship for installing. i have no idea, why they keep asking me to bring my car in. it is so suspicious, they try to keep hide something. my engine light is on too. think about it why the brand new car has some missing pieces? it might got into an accident and they never report. because they can fix it for free they told me, they wont cover any expenses (gas or any compensation for losing my money from work ) i dont think it sounds fair..... please help.
