Great people! They do what they say they are going to do. We live in Middle TN. My 15 year old son wanted a certain motorcycle after his was totaled due to no fault of his own. Of course we find it in Alabama. Longshore had one although it was 4 years old with no miles on it. It rode terrible the whole way home. Before we left Brian Longshore told us to take it to our local Yamaha dealer and he would pay for all repairs to get the bike running correctly. Assuming it was just a tactic to get us to buy it we took it anyway. We took it to our local dealer. Both carbs were rebuilt, gas tank cleaned out, new spark plugs, fuel lines replaced and oil change. Longshore stayed try to their word and paid for it all. Bike runs so much better now. Son loves it!

Went to Longshore looking for a motorcycle this morning (04/22/2017). Walked in looking around and the salesman was on his cell phone, so I kept looking at their bikes. He got off the phone and I walked up and said you dont have no prices on your bikes and he said "Nope" and never asked what I was interested in or even acted like he was interested in selling one. He went back to his phone and kept right on texting. I left there and went to Corinth and they were interested in selling motorcycles and guess what? I bought a nice Goldwing motorcycle. So if you want to buy a motorcycle, go to Corinth, Ms. and they will sell you one!!

We visted Longshore and traded for a Honda pioneer 1000-5..kept it for about 8 months..took it in for some warranty work..wasnt really happy with it..and between Brian and Jacob wound up trading for a 2017 Kawasaki mule pro fxt 6 seater..had no interest in a mule when going in..Jacob offered a test ride..I did..and took it home! GREAT people to deal with..make you feel appreciated and do EVERYTHING they say they will do right down to the service dept ! I HIGHLY recommend Longshore for any product they sell or service. They also have about any part you may need. Im very satisfied with my experience !

Longshore had a particular ATV I was looking for. When I called about the ATV they gave me the best price compared to other dealers in my area. The price was low enough for me to drive five hours to purchase. My experience once I arrived was great and the price was as promised. No hidden fees or such. After owning the ATV for a little over a year it developed a starting problem. The ATV was out of warranty but Longshore worked with me on repairs. I highly recommend Longshore for your cycle needs

Just got back from a road trip on the Natchez Trace. While on the trip,I stopped in at Longshore Cycle Center in Florence, AL. My helmet speakers were giving me a headache. I mentioned it to one of the parts guys and he asked me to bring in my helmet. Long story short, he recessed the speakers and made my helmet and speakers fit great. The last half of the trip was much more enjoyable, and they didn’t even charge me! Thanks so much! I will be back anytime I’m in the area again.

First time buyer of a Sea-Doo, My salesman was great ! The owner was Very Very helpful also in getting us squared away with our purchase and helping in transportation of our new Sea-Doo, ,The service Man Mr. Howell helped us with problems that we had with our trailer to help us on our way ,, This Dealership is second to none and do care about their customers something that has become a rarity in todays time.

Thanks for taking care of me! I purchased a 2005 GSXR from Longshore last month. The bike did great for a week or two then started having clutch issues. I called and they told me to run it by so they could check it out. They said it was the clutch and they were going to take care of it. They stood behind the bike and replaced the clutch at no charge to me! Bike is great now, Im a believer and will be back!

I have just purchased a Honda Helix from the folks at Longshore Cycles and I had a great experience. I know a scooter isn’t a huge sale for them, but everyone treated me like I was their next door neighbor. I talked to the guys in service, got a few accessories ordered from parts, and they even delivered it to me! I will highly recommend Longshore to anyone looking for a deal from a great crew!

My bike looks great again thanks to Longshore! My bike was backed into in a parking lot a few weeks ago so I took it to Longshore to get it fixed right. They replaced the damaged parts and even took care of a few things not from the accident. Some of the parts were discontinued and they found them too! New saddlebags look great too! Thanks, and im glad to have my Kawasaki back looking like new.

I just got a new bat wing faring, and they hooked me up with a great deal on a windshield bag. I have a Kawasaki Nomad and no one locally seems to care about helping me find hard to find accessories for my bike. I plan to be a customer for life! Thanks for the help! I live over an hour away from Longshore, but I make the drive to deal with them for all my parts, and service.

These are the guys to take your bike to for service work. I have taken my Goldwing several places to have work done and Longshore has been the best by a long shot! The last time it was there for a Honda recall they had it in and out the same day and even fixed my heated seats that my local dealer couldn’t! Thanks for the great service! I will be back for sure

Outstanding service! I was on a cross county trip and was in need of some new pegs for my Kawasaki. The guys were really helpful and found the right setup for my bike. Since I wasnt staying in town they offered to ship them to the rally I was attending in another state for free! The pegs came in as promised and they made the trip home much better! Thanks again!

Very impressed! I was dreading have a recall done on my GSXR. I finally called Longshore and set up a time so they could have it in and out the same day. Nick was very helpful and they even replaced both tires while it was there. Thanks for doing what you said, doesn’t seem like many folks do that anymore. Plus, they had the best price on tires

Because the service dept. Is literally full of crap! One guy tells me a story about my utv on a Friday, then on Tuesday he tells me they havent touched it, then was suppose to call me at 1130 on Tuesday, then I talk to the service mgr. At 300 and he tells me a whole totally different story. Nice jobs guys! Way to go
