Ive also had a horrible experience here. I walked in ready to buy a used bike so i sat down with a gentlemen names Glenn Pilarowski and where should i begin? Well most of my whole day there he was on the phone actually having small talk with people on the phone. While i just sat there for over a hour then! he starts going back and forward from his desk to the back to make copy of ever single document i brough. Also he told my wife to log onto her bank account from his computer witch we refused and once we refused to he had no interest in selling a bike to me. Mind you i was trading a 2015 Ninja 300. And was approved for the loan on a 6k bike. I really think that these people are scamming people and steeling there personal information! No dealer ever tells you to log into your bank account from his personal computer it was very suspicious i know think he knew we was on to there plan and they basically ignored us once he seen i knew what i was talking about. Someone else might not be that lucky. So know its bin 3 days Ive never got a phone call about the bank approving my loan witch they did! approve talked to his manager Brandon today and asked him for my documents back because they made copy of my 1040 tax returns. And they said they cant give us the copys! because they need them incase they get audatied? Witch is a LIE! So ill be taking a trip down there tomorrow to get my papers cause i really dont feel right knowing they have my tax and bank statements. They are SCAMMERS! someone has make a blacklist to try and get them blacklisted go sign it cause there the worst people. Not to mention there other store closed down for reasons unknown? Kinda sketchy if you ask me? Oh and both Brandon and his manager had my wife open her bank app on her phone so they can go through it witch they did without me knowing. Very shady asking someone to long onto there bank and let them look at it... Beware scammers!! I will be reporting this to the better buisssnes beuro.

My experience with Mid South Motoplex was not just good, it was fantastic! I purchased a new bike from them and could not be happier. I was treated with the most upright respect and professionalism, in which most places do not. I did not just purchase my bike on first walk in the door either, I went there several times over the course of probably a year or more only looking. Every time I went in there they never tried pushing my into anything and answered all my questions about the bikes, the good the bad and the ugly. The folks here are very friendly and professional. Normally I will not give five stars for businesses, but I am thoroughly impressed with this one. If you are considering making a purchase on a motorcycle, I would highly recommend Mid South Motoplex.

I was assisted by Rebecca. She was absolutely perfect, she answered all of my questions and explained all of the differences in the safety ratings for the helmets that I was looking at. We had to special order a helmet for me and she made sure I got exact Shoei that I wanted at a great price. I also purchased some very nice Icon gloves and after they saw some rain the stitching came undone on one of the fingers. I brought them in to ask who could repair them and she actually replaced them with brand new ones since I had only had them for a month and she said they must have been defective. Great customer service and a great place that actually cares about their customers and their safety. Thank you very much and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I went here to buy my first motorcycle and they were hands down the best place to get from. I went to BA Wolfe and the salesman kept trying to sell me a Yamaha r1 that had been dropped and they put paint over the scratches to make look better. They kept pressuring me there. But here at midsouth i got Kristi and she was AMAZING., Would recommend this place 110% to anyone. They have a good selection of bikes there. The sales people do not pressure you what so ever. I also needed to apply for financing and Brandon fought with the banks to get me a loan that i could afford. Ended up not getting a bike right now because i couldnt afford one but once i can will most definitely be coming to midsouth and nowhere else.

This place is a joke.... my husband & I went in looking at the dirt bikes for children & then were told that we would be refused the sale bc it was for a child under 6. When the manufacturers recommendation says the bike is for 3 to 6 & the guy told us that they could lose their federal ability to sell any brand of power sort equipment. If that was the case they wouldnt have a 4 year old class in motorcross & a 4 year old just won a championship on the same bike we were looking at. We also have a 10 year old that races & weve spent a lot of money with them & we will not be back. They are also WAY over priced.

If I could give them a negative score I would. Ive been having problems with my polaris 4 wheeler and took it to them for repair. After 5 weeks they still had not looked at it. I called them once a week and each time they said it would be ready by the middle of the next week, yeah right. I decided to pick it up and take it elsewhere. Got my bike home and the battery was dead. I will never use their service department again, I will advise everyone I know to seek elsewhere. Very upset with the unprofessionalism and lack of time management.

Fair experience, in my opinion. Prices are what you would expect for the type of business. They are not going to try to break your bank but if youre looking for a "sweet deal", then this really isnt the place for you. Not "cheap" but fair and Im ok with that (it is a business, after all). Customer service is probably their best asset. There are some nice, professional employees there and they follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. All-in-all, its a nice place to shop.

Just bought a bike from them, everything is pretty smooth and professional. The woman that answers the phone literally hung up in my face 2-3 times blaming they were busy either way you dont treat customers like that. My overall experience was very good with them. Worked with David he answered all my questions etc. I Was also a little short on down payment they still remained flexible and worked with me. Give them 8/10 (rude woman picking up phone)
