i generally try not to speak badly of anyone, but i cannot in good conscience continue to hear all the wildly praising, and ill-informed comments here about this particular business.....if you look at the reviews here, and on yahoo, you will see a trend that paints byron wolfe almost in the light of sainthood....sadly, i can assure you from intimate knowledge of this company over the last year that nothing could be farther from the truth.from false representation of the product, and services that are offered by this company, to horrendous customer service, i have seen it all. bikes that were so poorly repaired and sold to unknowing customers, and also, underhanded sales techniques by the sales staff.(100 dollar gift cards issued to purchasers in exchange for "glowing" reviews being posted here, and on yahoo)..if anyone wants a first-rate example of how a motorcycle dealership/service facility SHOULD NOT BE OPERATED, then i encourage you to bring a lawn chair, and perhaps a cooler full of your favorite cold beverage, get comfortable, and watch the train-wreck unfold before you. i would advise you to wear water-resistant footwear tho, as the "brown organic matter" tends to collect fairly briskly here. mr. wolfe, please show some modicum of respect to the servicemen, and women that you agressively target in your establishment, and refrain from dishonoring them with your shoddy products and sub-standard services

This place is great! I first dealt with them with an old motorcycle that I had bought on Craigslist. I rode it for a summer and stored it in a barn. It ended up staying in storage for a couple of years and I decided to sell it rather than let it go to waste. Unfortunately it didn’t start and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I took it to BA Wolfe and they got it running. When I dropped it off I had told the owner, Byron, that I was getting it running to sell it and he made me an offer. It was only about $500 under what I paid for it. I tried to get him to come up and he offered to sell it on consignment. He sold it about a month later and even paying the repair bill and the consignment percentage I made money. I don’t ride anymore, but Byron has helped me buy or sell two or three cars and a four wheeler since then. They are fair and honest. I won’t buy another car (or anything else with an engine) without talking to them first.

As consumers, we all have choices! If Wolfe Motorsports is Blacklisted byt Ft. Cambell then why is it that I personally know of about 20 soldiers that I ride with that not only purchased bikes from this establishment but continuously take the bikes back for service. I also have friends who have had a bad experiences with every bike shop in town. Action, Midsouth and HD and a few lesser know businesses. We bought an 06 Busa, and a 08 Gixxer 600 and have had no probs what so ever and have had alot of service work done at B.A. and the staff has gone above and beyond to help us. They did not have the bikes we wanted so I sent Byron pics of exactly what we wanted and the price range on a Tues. and we filled out the proper paperwork and he called us on Friday and said " I got ur bikes sitting here in the Showroom come and getem! " I WOULDNT TAKE OUR BIKES ANYWHERE ELSE!! Sterling and Kim

I went to a lot of dealerships before buying my bike from B A Wolfe, and they were the only staff that didnt make me feel like I was at a dealership. They were very informative and not pushy at all. They already had the best prices out of anywhere I went, and were even willing to work on that price to fit my budget. They even delivered my bike THE SAME DAY. Along with the bike they helped me figure out what gear and accessories I needed and provided honest feedback on the things I wanted, never even suggesting I buy the pricier items. In the brief communication I have had so far after my purchase Jodi has gotten back to me quickly and been nothing but friendly. I highly suggest you check out every dealership you can and sit on every bike you like before making your purchase, but I will be surprised if its anyone but B A that sells you your bike.

Trust me on this one folks, stay as far away from this place as you can. They do not service or fix prpoerly what they repair. As for customer service, it is far pass lousy and they recieve a failing grade. Mr. Wolfe is so busy I have been waiting seven days for his phone call. This has lead me to inform his staff that I plan on calling everyday between 4 and 5 till he speaks to me. While I am kept waiting I have decided to file complaints with the BBB, News Channel 5 Consumer Affairs, and the Fort Campbell Liaison Office, They serviced and fixed my PWC so well it sank when launched from my trailer! This review is to inform the public of that old business adage " Buyer Beware". Trust me on this one people, I have 25 years of sales experience, teach marketing and coach athletics - You do not want this organization servicing anything you own.

Had no issues buying my bike from BA Wolfe i would almost say that part of the store was excellent except after taking the bike to my mechanic i found a good bit of issues that they either werent aware of or just didnt want to mention but i must say they they got me on my bike quickly. the reason im only giving a good review is the parts/apparel/whatever prices are rediculous ive been a loyal customer to BA Wolfe until i went to another store and found that almost everything at BA is about 50 dollars more expensive than action cycles. not a bad place to buy a bike but NEVER will buy anything else from them unless they decide to compete with action cycles lower prices. I would like to give credit to most of the staff though as they did seem super helpful they really just need to come down on pricing for all other motorcycle related items.

Took my bike in to get the brakes worked on and didnt get any word on when it would be done until two weeks later. I had to call four different times, kept being put on hold forever, and only until I said I wanted to pick up my bike did they give me the info on when it would be done. I finally picked it up and rode it home, until a week ago I hadnt ridden it and decided to take it down the street when my front brakes went completely out. I called the service department and they tried to put the blame on me by saying I was riding it too hard and then put me on hold for about 10 minutes to the point where I just decided to hang up. DO NOT GO TO B.A. WOLFE!!!! They have the worst customer service I have ever seen from any business establishment. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

James Root: May 4th 2011 Been there many times, never spent any money. I found a new bike and went there and talk to them about it and they told me even though they wanted me to buy one from them that I would be a crazy not to buy the other one for the price. I took my new bike to them to do my first service and the owner told me he was concerned about the warranty and how it might effect it if he did the first service. He recommended that I took it to a Kawasaki dealer for the first service. Once again looking out for me, I checked and Kawasaki does not have a clause in there for that as long as it is a cert mech. I took it to Bawolfe and there service and price was GREAT and they will be my dealer from now on. Looking forward to buying more and more stuff for my bike from them.
