This is in reference to the "service" department ONLY! Went in to get a quote to repaint my fairing and 2 saddle bags. The guy behind the counter came outside, took pictures of the damaged area, and wrote down my number. He told me that since they dont have an on-site painter, the bike would be sent to a 3rd party. I told him that was fine. He then told me he would call me back within a day or 2 with the requested info - never called. That was 11 days ago. Do what you say youre going to do or dont commit. Its a pretty simple concept.

My Family and I recently stopped by your store, on Thursday. We were greeted at the door, when we entered. This is always a good sign that the staff are welcoming and wanting to assist the customer. All of your staff were very friendly. We experienced good "Customer Service" while we shopped in your store. The lady that checked us out was engaging with our children and made them feel welcome in your store. Some Harley shops are not kid friendly, let alone welcoming. I also want to say that your restrooms were very clean.

This was my very first visit to your dealership. Your staff met me at the door with hand shakes & hellos. I came up from Nashville to the Flea market and wanted to stop by and browse. I ended up buying a decal for the harley trailer, poker chip and 2 dealer t-shirts. Wore them on sunday and get alot of looks.. I do not like this place. I spent a whole day here just looking around. This place is addicting. The sales reps were great and the place was literally spotless but $18 grand later with an awesome bike, Im sure I will be back. All I can say, if you have no interest in purchasing a bike, dont come here because you just may leave with one. On the other hand, if your looking for one and wanting a great deal, this is the place to be.

These guys are AWESOME! Traveling from Texas to Kentucky on my Tri Glide, I had some mechanical problems. Pulled into Bowling Green Harley and they immediately got on it. While waiting on repairs, the sales staff provided me with alternate scenic routes for my tour. The service is exceptional and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

Great sales staff now. 6years ago we went in to store to buy some accessories for the Harley we bought there and the staff was rude to customers and 1 guy was valgur. Never went back until the other day. Great sales people. We will be back.

Place sucks,rude sales people,tell you things are discontinued because of age of bike,call another Shop and they can get from harleydavidson. Wont be buying my new bike here in a couple months. You guys just lost a $30,000 sale.
