1/9/2017 After buying my bike at this dealer in March of 2016 there were a few issues with my red light coming on while I was riding. Service Issue #1 I brought it back to the dealership and they had my bike from April until June when I had to call them with and demand my bike back. then they gave me some BS story about what was wrong. Service issue #2 I was having the boom 2 stereo installed at the service dep I went into there store for 9 days straight to try to have it installed with the 2 lights that go on the side of the headlight and after spending almost $5000 on all these parts they were holding for me to install I showed up on a Saturday morning like I was told to do (after Jake chewed Mike out for me showing up on a Saturday) I spent the next 9 hours waiting for my bike to be done. I rode home after spending close to $7000 on all the work I was suppose to be having done with no music at all not 1 station would come in. There are so many more issues I have had with this dealership but the worst feeling for A woman rider is not being able to trust the work being done on my bike. There is not 1 person at this service dep I could trust they like making me feel worthless and think I dont know anything about the bike but I do know more than they think I know when I ask for my parts back they are suppose to give me my parts not the trash they can find laying AROUND THEY ATTICK BEFORE THE GUY FROM Germany COMES. To BUY all the parts they take of the bikes they work on. Yes I know they are not only charging me full price for my new parts they are selling my parts they took off my bike and gave me back a full exaust system that looked like it had been burned out already, Yes I am an angry X customer of Pensacola HD but not until they treated me like Sh** and I had to beg them to spend my money there. Almost $60,000 in the year 2016 and believe me there are a lot of people who love to listen to me when Im talking about the way I was treated. Thanks so much for caring about your customer service or lack there of you have sure changed my mind about doing anymore business there. Last I heard you needed the business.

In August, 2016 I went into the dealership to buy a Harley Davidson Street Glide. Actually decided on a Heritage CVO. I told the manager Im not interested in breaking your bank, I just want a reasonable price.. He came back with the sticker price and smiled at me and pushed the paper across the table to me and said "How about this for a good Price. What do you think". I looked at the paper and pushed it back at him and got up and walked away. Before I left the parking lot he was blowing up my phone. I decided I would drive to Ft Walton dealership to buy. I didnt realize they were owned by the same guy. Ft Walton was very nice and I purchased a 2015 Harley Davidson Street Glide from them. Great Service, Great price. In March of 2017, I was the victim of an idiot driver that slammed on breaks in front of me causing me to take a header and damage my bike. I live in Pensacola, so I decided to have it towed to Pensacola Harley Davidson. BIG MISTAKE. That was 03/10/17 and I haven"t seen my bike since. Kyle informed me "give it 6-8 weeks". After 8 weeks I called up and he was gone. Nick replaced him and he doesnt return calls. Now I am entering week 11 and I still don"t know when I will get my bike back. They do not return calls, they will tell you anything. All I have been hearing for the past week is "I will call the painter". I still don"t get a call back or an answer BEWARE OF THIS HARLEY DEALERSHIP. IT IS NOT RUN VERY WELL, AND THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE. The Owner claims to have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau...REALLY!!!

HORRABLE!! They worked on my bike and it leaked oil EVERYWHERE. Then wanted to say I was riding wheelies, I am 46 damn years old. I am not piping wheelies!! After the 3 return for the same problem they said it was blow-by from the wrong air cleaner and charger me for the service fee. WRONG AGAIN!!! The "17 year expert" never tightened the heads down the first time and the crush gaskets were shot, so instead of properly repairing the bike they tried to patch it, after I paid them to TOTALLY go through the top end. My bike is a Buell, but it has a Harley 1203 EVO motor. That has nothing to do with the name "Buell" ITS A DAMN HARLEY EVO, RHE BREAD AND BUTTER OF HARLEY FOR YEARS!!! After 6 returns to the shop they tell "its perfect" I drove 2.3 miles and the shock was leaking oil! Their reply " sorry we no longer work on Buell and you will have problems as long as you have that bike" DONT WALK RUN FROM THIS PLACE. RUN RUN RUN AND RUN FAST!!!!!!!!

My old sporty went there for a trans rebuild, so it hadnt been riden for some time and did not have a legal plate on it, after my bike trans was built, it was given back to me w/o a test drive, all the "upsells" gave me issues also, the new rear tire that was put on and I had a pull to the left due to misadjustment, the "carb rebuild & adjust" came back pouring fuel and I had to take apart and set float and readjust air and idle screws to make it run right - If you have a new bike or tons of money you might be OK, hell they may even throw a "dealer" plate on your bike and take a spin around the block for ya, but regular dudes like me with old iron.. not so much :( ... I Do want to point out that Tim is very knowledgeable and Mickey was cool to deal with... just wish that all the extra stuff I paid hundreds extra for I didnt have to redo at home because they wouldnt take an actual test drive.

Very good experience today! (Aug. 23, 2016). We have been traveling since the 15th and noticed a strange noise and the ABS light wasnt working right. Spoke to a salesman about it and he went and talked with the service manager. He came out and took the time to ride our bike and figure out the problem. These guys were super busy with putting a load of 2017s together but the service manager still didnt hesitate to help us out. We highly recommend if you need service while in the Walton Beach area, you take the time and travel the extra miles to get to them because Emerald Coast is useless. Thanks again Pennsicola HD!!

Right, so the only reason we stopped here was so the in-laws could buy shirts while on vacation. (We have Indian Motorcycles and just left the Indian dealership across the street. Obviously wearing Indian shirts.) The first salesman couldnt stop trying to convince us to buy a Harley Davidson bike. Been there, done that, have the no longer worn shirt for that. Not a fan of high pressure sales tactic. However, we rolled in the parking lot in a 30 RV! We aint buying a bike while driving an RV! Cmon man! Want a real bike? Buy an Indian Motorcycle. More power, smoother ride, friendlier staff that lets you be.
