I purchased a 2013 kx250f new from Pensacola Motorsports. The following Tuesday I arrive to purchase fork oil, and an engine oil filter so that I could change the engine oil and replace the fork oil as the manual states to do after the 1 hour break in. When I spoke to the parts guys, they were very rude and did not want to be bothered by looking up what weight oil I needed for the forks and what model oil filter I needed for the engine. They also told me I should "Not waste time breaking in the bike, there was no point to it, I should wring its neck from the first second I crank it. Break in is not necessary." These bikes do not come with a warranty of any kind so I did not appreciate their remark. Regardless, I pressed on for the fork oil and filter. Finally they provided me with the engine oil filter and the fork oil. I already had engine oil at home so I did not need that from them. Once I arrived home and began to prep to replace the fork oil I noticed they sold me the wrong weight oil or the forks. When I went back the following day to return the fork oil they were quite rude again. I brought in my owners manual this time to show them the break in period to hopefully inform them for future customers. The parts person said that was "the first he had heard of that." Now for the best part... I was heading out to the track from the dealer to perform the break in the Saturday I purchased the bike. I asked the dealer if everything was good to go to ride immediately. The sales person said "yep, everythings been done and its good to go! " To which I replied, everything, you are certain is taken care of? "Yes" the dealer replied. So I went and rode. A few days later I purchased a K&N filter to install on the bike. Low and behold I notice the filter on the bike is bone dry. These filters are supposed to be oiled and greased, otherwise they do not work. I will not be spending another dime in this place.

Was skeptical due to some of the reviews, but this dealer is actually just fine. Their fees did not seem outrageous, nor did they become quite arrogant and brusque when I began asking about the said fees. And the add on fees were the usual to expect, freight/tax/closing. And I also got a military discount which was nice, and they are very friendly to military customers. I would give them 5 stars, but they wouldnt go lower on their retail price for (not counting what they already took off for mil discount). The Shadow I bought, they listed for $8500, and they brought it down to $8200 for the mil discount. Hondas MSRP is $8240 last time I checked, and so I was a bit disappointed, but out the door I paid $9149, so thats not bad in my opinion. Also, my salesman, Mr. Ratzkin, was so kind as to even give me a ride home when I initially came in to sign the paperwork but my bank dropped the ball on getting the loan money sent, meaning no bike that day. I would buy another bike here, though as a returning customer I should think I would be able to get that retail price a little lower next time, on top of mil discount.

Ok so I just bought a 2015 yamaha r1 from these guys and I was very impressed. Kasey Crabtree who was my sales man was great. He was extremely helpful and treated me more like a fellow rider and person than another commission Which was nice. Soon as I walked in the door I was met with a friendly handshake and I was told if I needed any help to let him know. He didnt crowd me like most sales people but he was always within ear shot. Threw most of the transaction we did more small talk then anything but he was also very informative when I wanted to know something. Everyone else was also great the parts guys gave me a great deal on some accessories I wanted and helped find the thing I needed. Even helped me get some hard to find part for my 01 yamaha fz1. And the techs did a great job at getting the bike prepped and ready. All and all I have to say I had a 5 star experience. This was my first time buying a brand new off the show room bike and I have zero buyers remorse. If you want quality service and help getting the right bike for you go see Kasey at pensacola motorsports. You will leave with a smile.

I was employed at PMS for 15 years and have also worked at other powersports dealers both before and after my time there, so I feel that I am more qualified than most to rate this establishment. Jim Evans was a great guy to work for. During my time there, he was always more than fair with both employees and customers. He also worked hard to make sure his employees were fair with his customers. Because of this, he has been able to retain a lot of extremely good people for a very long time and also has many long time customers. You will not walk into many dealerships and find the level of experience that you will find at PMS. I would not hesitate to send my own friends or family to do business with Pensacola Motorsports!

I took my Honda 4-wheeler to be checked out. It would not go into gear. After keeping the ATV for nearly a week, they tell me the Hondamatic is gone and several other things. With a quote of over $3,300. I almost passed out. Told them no thanks I will get a 2nd opinion. I took it to another mechanic who found that the timing chain had popped off the sprocket, and the angle sensor was bad. For a grand total of $127. It took six hours to run a diagnostic test, find the problem, and fix it. Needless to say. I will not be using these guys and will do my best to let my friends and family know how they were trying to rip me off.

I went here looking to buy a waverunner after first going to the yamaha store in fort walton and having a horrible experience... I feel like I got a good price, my total after gap insurance and the 4 year extended warranty still came up about $1500 cheaper than at fort walton before any additional stuff was added.. My salesman was really nice.. He even showed me all the things I needed to know about up keep, and gave me some good pointers/ dos and donts... My experience with everyone at this store was great from the salesman to the owner... Everyone was really nice..

Just bought a new Yamaha FZ6R there in January. Very pleasant experience. Mark gave me an itemized quote with all the costs and fees listed to the penny. No bait and switch BS, which is so common in the industry now. They special-ordered a 2015 leftover model from the Yamaha warehouse, and it saved me $750 compared to the 2016 model on the floor. The whole transaction was simple and quick, and I LOVE MY NEW BIKE!

I have a Yamaha and my husband has a Harley, whenever we go to this shop the sales people and service people are always very professional and answer our questions, about both bikes, as best as they can. When I have my bike serviced it feels like a brand new bike! We have been to other shops around the area & they are definitely the most friendly & professional of them all!
