Thomas Honda is fantastic! I have purchased many items from them in the past including a new 2012 Ninja 1000, a Honda lawn mower, and a Honda snow blower. I have also purchased riding gear and many maintenance items over the years. I have always felt like I got a good deal on everything that I have purchased from them. Their customer service is also top notch and all of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I do much of my own maintenance but I have had them service my Ninja and one of my dirt bikes in the past and have never had a problem. I have complete confidence in their service department and I trust them with any of my maintenance needs that I cant do myself or dont have the time to do. You cant go wrong with these guys!

I am a relatively new rider who with my husbands help was in search for my first bike. We had the most enjoyable motorcycle buying experience thanks to the owners Dave and Laura Thomas. They truly went above and beyond their duties to see that we were happy with our purchase. We drove over 50 miles from Illinois for my Kawasaki Ninja 650 and will keep coming back for anything that we need. They are so helpful and sweet and always willing to answer any questions and go the extra leg.. Dave and his wife came in on their day off for us to pick up the bike. Dave was patient honest and kind. He even helped us strap in our bike in the back of our truck. We will recommend Thomas Honda Kawasaki to everyone we know!

I recently purchased a Kawasaki Z1000 and the experience was perfect. I spent the previous two summers looking and sitting on bikes and since Im very new to motorcycling I had a lot of questions which they answered and gave great advice on everything. Never did they make me feel like I was wasting their time or even remotely try and pressure me into a sale. When the time was right they got my business without question. They took care of everything but a signature over the phone and I was in and out on the day I picked it up. I feel welcome every time I walk in the door. Well done Dave and team!

great place with great people. i had a wierd brake lever on my dirt bike and they spent over a half hour figuring out and tracking down the same lever. unfortunatley they dis not have it but they found someone who did which is more than they needes to do. they have way nicer people than in most shops. will come here again definatley, they have earned a customer for life.

The guys here did alright. Safety inspection, oil change, battery replaced. Now, the "safety inspection" is a little suspect since they clearly never actually started the bike, so -1 star for a glance over. Otherwise bike seems fine. Got me in and out fast +1 for that.

these scumbags charge $80 dollars an hour to fix a LAWNMOWER. Then if you dont like the ridiculous estimate, they charge you $40 to get your machine back without being repaired at all. Spend your money somewhere else. I hope these people go out of business
