I dropped 3 scooters off to get diagnosed and repaired.I called ahead to make sure that was ok, not told about a $50 deposit for each one, and was told it would be applied to the work done but when they told me one scooter would not be worth fixing they wouldnt refund my deposit on it or apply to work I did have done. I asked for itemized list of what they did so I could see what I paid for and never got one. I took my scooters home and the scooter broke down three short trips later, about 8 miles total. I had asked them to change a bent part that caused the belt to shred at the time I dropped it off and obviously they only put a new belt on so now Im feeling really ripped off!

Worst customer service EVER!!!! I asked for a diagnostic on my ATV. Told the guy I could fix it myself if he could point me in the right direction as to what the issue was. I was told that would cost $50. When I went to pick it up it was in pieces and I was told it was extra for him to put it back together if he didnt get the job. Im pretty sure I made it clear I was doing the work myself to begin with. The owner was very rude about the whole situation and left my four wheeler in pieces to get dirt all in the motor on the ride home and figure out what bolts went where.....lets at least hope they are all there when I fix it. I WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN!!!! RUDE!!!!!

Took my four wheeler over there for repairs. Once I found out what the issue was i decided not to have it repaired. I told the owner I would be there in a day or two to pick up and pay the diagnostic fee. AFTER I paid him he brought my bike out IN PIECES!!!!!!! He did not put it back together and left me to haul it an hour home with parts of the motor exposed. Not to mention he was BEYOND rude about the whole ordeal.

They sell junk. Chinese 4 wheeler (TaoTao - I think - all is says is made in China) used for about 8 hours and the back rack broke off, carburetor fell apart, wire from battery to fuse broke, battery had to be replaced after first use, tire came off the rim. Junk junk. Save your money and spend a little more and buy your kid a polaris or something decent. Youll save money in the long run. They should be ashamed.

Needed some direction, guidance... they were more than willing to help. Ordered 4 new tires for my sons buggy. They had them in the store in one day! Mounted for me and charged a reasonable fee. Overall great experience. Easy to find and quick to help. Thanks!

Sons new go-kart purchased elsewhere for Christmas would not run. Ruined mine and his Christmas. Took it to Mike and in a couple hours my boy was driving the wheels off. Bless you guys. I am forever grateful.
