Went in to pay my bill. Gave my phone number twice, spelled my first and last name very clearly for the rep, twice. Said he found my account, after spelling my name wrong the first time and I corrected it. He took my 50 bucks and said I was good to go. I took off to Renton for work (Im a small business owner) and realized, after driving an hour away and losing out on a huge contract because the client couldnt reach me, that my phone was still off. I dont know what else I could have done on my end to ensure that "Jackson" did his job correctly, but there was a rep standing over his shoulder watching the screen and listening the entire time as he put the information in and supposedly found my account. How he was so confident that he had the right account enough to send me on my way after putting my money in the cash register is beyond me. I am livid that it cost me so much money and time today because two different reps, with no other customer in the entire store besides me, didnt want to do their job correctly. I dont know how they even found an account with my first and last name that corresponds in any way with my phone number. When i walked in the store, this same rep was laying down feet up completely horizontal like he was about to take a nap until I walked in and he hopped up. I can only assume he was in a hurry to rush me out of there so he could go back to lounging. It would have taken two extra seconds to get it right.

I just want to say that this location has two of the best customer service associates I have ever seen! I switched my services from T-Mobile to at&t a couple of months ago. Nate wales me through the whole thing and totally hooked me up with great service. I had to go in 2 weeks later to switch some things up and Matt helped me with that and also hooked me up and helped me out. Finally I needed some help getting my old trade in phone paid off because T-Mobile screwed up my account and I had some other needs. I walked in with what I thought was a huge list of issues and here I am 20 minutes later with everything I need and a full understanding of what is going on with my account. Thanks again Nate! And thanks again Matt! You two are truly the best!

I went to this store with a billing problem and an employee gave me some totally erroneous information and was of little help. I took the same problem to the AT&T store in Lacey and the employee at that store was very helpful and quickly corrected the problem.

They reps are very nice, been there a few times. Matt in business services is super helpful. Wouldnt say its the best cell service, Im partial to Verizon but the store itself is great.
