Horrible experience, bought $400 phone, paid cash, it didnt work, brought it back 2 days later and they said they would send me a check for my refund. I waited 3 months and still no check, called customer service, they told me to go back to store and get money. I called store to make sure manager would be there when I arrived, she (Amanda) said she would, got there with the hour and she was gone, she lied to me to many times to count straight to my face, embarrassing her co workers. She never would give me my $400 even though I was holding the receipt. She said they are NOT REALLY SPRINT and that I would have to deal with Sprint. AMANDA SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER, SHE LIES TO HER CUSTOMERS AND IS EXTREMELY RUDE! I will be calling headquarters to see about getting her fired. DONT SHOP THERE!!! By the way there is a Metro PCS Booth right outside their store where i ended up getting a phone that WORKS for A PENNY, and I pay exactly $30.00 a month, no taxes on that, for the exact same service Sprint was charging me over $50 for, and Metro PCS has the kind of customer service that you expect a store to have! Ive had this phone for almost 4 months now and I am very happy, with my penny phone, its just as good if not better then the $400 phones Sprint tries roping you into buying!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. I came in to sprint looking at switching from Verizon. My family and I where looking to move five phones over to A family plan. A younger kid names ALEX helped me. He was rude to my 4 yr old, then acted like he was joking to me which I didnt think a kid telling me my son was not well behaved isnt a joke at all. Anyways Back to the phones. Im only like and have owned Samsungs. I told this kid that but he took me to look at I phones anyway. I told him Id rather have the S 8. So he started bashing on Samsung. He actually told me why I phone people are better then Samsung people! He kept pushing I phones and bashing Samsung, dude I told you Im not interested in I phones. He was rude to me and my son and after he told me about how bad Samsung people are ( in a joking way that obviously im not taking it as a joke sense thats what I use) and having him make fun of my peranting I left. Went to another sprint store signed up very easy. I got my Samsungs for all my family lol.

Seriously, beware of these sharks. Beware of being upsold on free tablets and mobile broadbands, they provide no value to you and exist solely to get an Early Termination Fee out of you when you realize theyre not free. Dont avoid Sprint, Sprint is fine, its specifically Arch Telecom that will do literally whatever it takes to shake every last dime out of you. Dont listen to anything about mandatory phone purchases, mandatory accessories, mandatory "service fees". These are purely elective on the behalf of Arch Telecom. Go to a corporate store. Arch Telecom employees are also paid specifically to "disrupt" your day, even by walking past them in the mall. They will annoy you, pester you, hassle you, do whatever it takes to get eye contact and then theyll push you into the store. Walk around them and go to Best Buy, who will do exactly the same things Arch Telecom can do and provide you with more options in plans and equipment. Take this from an ex-employee.

Everything is fine until you have a problem and then the standards seem to not exist anymore. I was lied to and given the run around for a week and now have a formal complaint filed against them along with an open case within the company. I finally have a working product although its NOT the one I want. Guess just having a WORKING phone is enough - paying $600 for a phone doesnt constitute actually GETTING the one you pay for. Troy is amazing! He is the only person there with any consideration. If you have the opportunity to go anywhere else DO IT! Even the manager was caught in a lie! I gave this place ONE STAR because -10 Stars wasnt an option!

I was unhappy with my other cell phone provider so I wondered into the store one day and discussed my options with Justin Mann, who got me a brand new phone that I had been wanting for a long time, and signed me up for a new plan that fit my needs and budget perfect. He took the time to understand my needs and wants. In result I feel like I have a someone I can trust to help me if or when I have might have issues in the future.

I needed a new battery for my phone so went in to get one. The sales rep told me My phone was broken and need to to pay over 500 bucks for another one. I went on ebay and got a new battery, waaa-laaaaaaa, good as new. Scamming, no brain jerks would not know a phone even if it hit them in the face.

I had a problem with understanding my hot spot usage and Wade and Jason totally hooked me up with a better plan and a fix to my problem. They both took the time to listen to my situation and my customer service experience was excellent.

Wade and Casey were amazing and helped me figure out the best new plan for my family, I saved tons of money compared to other companies quotes, they have much better coverage than they used to and I got a free phone with a new line!!!
