So I went there with my father to get a new phone, mine was cracked everywhere and ran out of battery fast. I was helped by Andre and I can not explain how impressed I was. First, this Verizon is not like going to ANY other Verizon. At a normal Verizon you are forced to wait for probably 20 minutes, you get mediocre customer service and they never explain to you the fine print and hidden fees or anything. So we went in and Andre was SO helpful. I told him the criteria of the phone I wanted and he came back with 2 examples we decided in 5 minutes what phone I wanted. He then looked on our account and informed us we werent using all our data so we could save money by lessening the amount of data we pay for so we save money! He then helped us wave our activating fee and got my dad a nice tablet (my dad was having a bad day) all with a smile on his face and a cheerful attitude! Ive been to the Shelton Verizon and the one located in the Mall in Olympia and both do not compare to this one.

I would be very leery of purchasing a phone/going to this store with your wireless phone needs. I was due for an upgrade and went into this store and they sold me on a phone and a plan that was way more expensive than it needed to be. Furthermore, despite sitting in the store for quite a while waiting for them to finish with all the switching phones business (and I was switching between iphones, so it should have been easy), they did not disclose how much my bill would be increased by. A month later when I got my bill, I was alarmed to see how much more it was. They said a few statements about the bill--but I guess they were talking about it in pieces, and I guess I should have inquired further about. I felt very taken advantage of by this store and would not recommend it to anyone.

My experience with the Tumwater Store and Skylar and his fellow employees were so awesome that I cant describe it without clapping. I was having a heck of time with my phone due to the lollipop system update and thank goodness for these guys! Thank goodness for Skylar because seriously he helped me recover much needed contacts. He didnt just help one or twice, but several times. It was an awesome experience and I cant thank you guys enough! Seriously you guys rock! I will never go to another store again as long as I live in this area. It will always be the Tumwater store. Very professional, very helpful , very knowledgeable, and not to mention everybodys great to look at which is a plus.

Ive been in here several times for phone and case replacement and every time Ive been helped with great customer service! Cellular Sales in Tumwater has a great staff! Ive had multiple different staff members help me and theyve all been very friendly and concerned. Thanks for helping me out after losing an iPhone 6, dropping another in the river and having another ran over multiple times...and my dog destroying a life proof case. (As the reader of my review I understand you might be thinking..."wow, dude...really?!?"...but its a curse handed down to me by my father. Dont you judge me. Instead, trust me. These guys will help you out.

I have worked with two reps, Perry Phillips and Jacob Schuchmann, to transfer my phone service to Verizon, and add two lines over the past year. I have found these Verizon reps to be very knowledgable, professional, honest, patient and service oriented. I have been very happy with Verizon as a carrier, and have received excellent customer service from Perry and Jacob. Terms of service and promotions can get very complicated. I felt every detail was clearly communicated, and the best possible deal for my situation was found. I would highly recommend Perry, Jacob and the Tumwater Verizon store.

Nice appointed store - but the biggest asset is the staff. Had a great recent experience with Kylee. We bought our IPhones a year ago and had some operating questions. Kylee wasnt making any new business, but treated us like we were a big commercial customer. This was consistent with our experiences when we bought our phones there, but this service far exceeded any expectations. Of course, this store and Kylee will be our "go to" choice whenever we need new equipment or upgrades in our VERIZON service.

After trying to get into the Verizon Capital Mall and trying to upgrade on line, I went to the Tumwater Verizon. SO GLAD I did! The assistants were all busy, but the atmosphere was relaxing with plenty of room and seating. The Mall Verizon is always loud and chaotic. I was assisted by a young lady named Tierney. She was VERY helpful and patient, something I have not found at the Capital mall Verizon. SHOUT OUT to Tierney for your EXCELLENT customer service!! THANK YOU!!

My wifes phone stopped working properly and we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for help. The lady that helped us (I didnt catch her name!) was incredibly helpful and sat on the phone with tech support until we got to the bottom of it. She was very patient and didnt act annoyed like Ive experienced with some other sales people if theyre not making a sale. I was impressed and will definitely consider buying my next phone here.

Came into yalls store last week and even though I was paying a bill it was a very pleasant experience! A young lady named Nicole opened the door for me and then proceeded to answer all the questions I had confusion on concerning my bill. She even gave me some options as to how to make my plan more efficient for my family! This is going to be the location I ALWAYS go to for now on!

My husband ordered a new phone that was promised in 4 days. After over a week and 4 trips into the store, he found out there was a problem with the order and it never went through. He never received a phone call about the order and never talked to the same person twice. Worst customer service ever. He is on his way to the mall as these guys are the epitome of incompetence.

My phone has not been receiving emails, the gentleman at the Verizon store in Tumwater was not able to resolve the problem because my server is at&t. However he gave us some good information AND, this is big for me, he spoke clearly and in a way I could understand as well as answering my questions. He deserves 5 stars for his great service.

Best experience Ive had with my entire time with Verizon. Nicole greeted me at the door and walked me to her desk. She was so much fun to work with! I really enjoyed the interaction I had with her. She was so knowledgeable when it came to the phone I was looking at to purchase. I would most definitely recommend her to my friends and family!
