I agree, these guys are terrible. My first experience - I just turned around and left. My second experience - I was lied to regarding the return policy. Even offering to pay their $35 restocking fee after 16 days, and buying a new phone; they still would not honor what was told to me directly. The manager refused to talk to me, Donte W., would only hide behind his email. Be careful, and get anything from Donte in writing. I had to deal with ATT corporate to fix the problem.

Helpful staff, but a bit pushy for sales over customer service. This is not a direct AT&T store. Authorized Dealers and AT&T corporate stores are a different experience and offer different levels of service for the customer. If youre wanting a great Corporate AT&T experience close to this location, head to Washington Square Mall.

Daniel the assistant manager there is amazing! I went in there just to pay a bill and I ended up getting a new iPhone, an iPad, and DIRECTV and was able to save me money!! I got rid of Comcast which I was paying over $200 for and Daniel hooked me up with this amazing deal! I will always be coming here. Give this man a raise!!!

This place has successfully passed me off every time. They give wrong info and insult Customers opinion and refuse to work with me...totally rude people....they provide incorrect information about phone and incorrect data about function and options and they refused to be nice.....

Definitely not problem solvers or sales people. If you want to purchase the latest model of an iPhone ok, maybe. Otherwise, they stock zero options and have zero interest in helping customers.
