Pharmacy has really become mis-managed since Shaza left. It takes forever to get a refill. Their motto is shop while we fill your prescription then it take them an hour and a half to get it filled. Who shops for and hour and a half? Clerks in pharmacy are very unhappy by the looks on their faces. They used to be friendly and know you by name, now its just more of a production line. Other parts of the store are really going down hill, items stocked in the wrong place, stockers not knowing the difference in SKUs especially when it comes to flavors and types of one certain product. You might have a brand of yogurt that has six flavor and 3 different styles and they are not taking the time or being trained to know where the product should be slotted. There is also a problem with not rotating stock properly. A FIFO (first in first out) system is not be properly utilized. I recently found a package of turkey that was almost a month past its pull date and thats not the first item Ive found like that.

I went to get a bottle of wine I had bought last weekend for $10 to find the price has been raised to $17.87 with the 30% off. Same bottle, same year, the exact same wine. The 30% off sale is a scam, the price on the sign beneath the bottle is with the % taken off, you can get wine ANYWHERE cheaper without a sale. On a side note my mothers day roses my daughter bought for me has now infected 4 plants in my house as it was covered in aphids.

Bradely in the produce department is very sweet, friendly, quick to help in anyway he can. He is also very knowledgeable and if he doesnt know something he takes the time to look and is quick to come back with the answer. He made my long day a better one for sure. I also like how clean it seems in there especially the produce area. The checker and manager were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for your hard work!!

A $6 item was buy two get 2 free. Rang up as 8.39 each. Annoyed at paying 24 dollars for cases of water I went to customer service to return them. Total shopping took 10 mins. Customer service took 20 mins to 4 return over-priced waters. Safeway has near the worst consumer experience in the consumer reports that just came out... . I am done and will never go back. Every time I go theres never enough checkers open.

Great neighborhood grocery store. We do most of our shopping and pharmacy here. We love Sherwood Safeway! One of our favorite checkers is Michelle Gibson. She is so helpful and friendly, you should keep an eye out for her! It truly feels like a small town when you can go grocery shopping and your checker knows your name and welcomes you.

Decent selection, but always extremely slow at the registers, despite the cashiers doing their best. Really needs self-checkout!
