My wife and I walked into this store a few days ago and asked about the iPhone forever program. We were then fed a ton of lies like "this is not a leasing program, you will own the phone" and "if you want out of it all you need to do is pay the remainder of the lease payments and you will own the phone" and "when the iPhone 6s comes out you can pre order it" and "yes it is too good to be true". We (as much as the whole thing seemed too good to be true) trusted the sprint employees and jumped onto the Sprint train. Yes Im sure all these details were in the contract and I should have read it but I should also be able to trust the people that are paid to inform you of Sprint products. Just an overall terrible experience. I did however learn to not trust these people at all and neither should you! (oh and it wasnt just one of them it was 2 employees and the bigger bald gentleman who is the manager, they were all in on it together)

This store is the worst place for customer service! I was given a price for starting new service for 2 lines the very next day the young girl who helped called and told me she was wrong on the price and the price would be $17 more dollars a month. I then called Sprint customer service they would not change the or I was given at the time I signed up with my new service. So thank goodness for return policy. I returned the phones an ran away from Sprint!

I went in to sprint to see about lowering my verizon bill. The employees were very informative and helpful with my switch from verizon to sprint. They helped me in a timely matter and were very friendly. The store was clean and very inviting.
