Almost the entire staff is not friendly and the elderly employee Roberta is flat out rude. She embarrassed me in front of other customers and during my check out that same trip, I watched a customer come up to another employee to say they overheard someone (I believe another employee in store) use the word "retard" and that she found it offensive. The employees response to the customers face was simply, "ok..." and as the customer turned around, the employee threw her hands up and made a face at the ladys back. Whether you think its ridiculous or not, I just dont feel its right for employees to mock customers like that, ESPECIALLY in front of another customer. After that trip, I felt like they had absolutely no care for their customers at all between how I was treated and watching the other incident. I shop at the other location in Hillsboro now as the staff is far more personable and they are bigger. Ive never had an employee treat me or anyone else badly!

This store is consistently out of simple crafts products. I called multiple times to Inquire about a product, the first time felt like someone went and looked for me, but the second time I asked for a particular product and instantly got a "no we dont carry that". They didnt even take a second to look and see if they had it in stock. Very poor customer service here, dont bother with this store

Fairly large location, with frequent sales, however some of their craft items are subject to low inventory volumes in stock. Often able to validate that another location carries what they are missing, especially in the paper craft section. obviously a good selection of fabrics at reasonable prices.

I felt very unwelcome, as a POC, by the staff at this location. I didnt receive a single greeting as I entered nor was I offered assistance as I searched the store. I did however witness select people receiving that courtesy. This location needs to work on inclusive costumer service ASAP.

The store manager was SO HELPFUL. I have been searching for a flower arrangement and the best way to make them for my 25th wedding anniversary, she helped me and gave me the best deal. I really appreciated the help and thoughtfullness of the staff!
