I wish it were possible to give this store a negative rating. I was in here not to long ago with my wife and daughter, just to pick up a couple of things before continuing the yardwork. What I saw and heard in this store was atrocious. I watched this older "gentleman" insult and humiliate the cashier, all over some minor pricing issue, while management did nothing to defend her, or help her with the growing line. When I finally checked out, I spoke with her as she rang up my items (I asked my wife to take our daughter out to the car so she didnt have to hear the old mans incredibly sexist comments). I couldnt believe the fortitude of this young woman. She held her head high while holding back tears, and casually telling me about her over 60 hour, 7 day work week, like it was no big deal. Are you kidding me?! How can you treat your employees like that?! Overworking them and then letting them get berated by sexist old pigs?! How dare you?! That tells me that management is ok with having people like that in their store. And if that is the case, I will NOT be returning to this store.

A small price discrepancy (two price tags on one item) ended by me paying the higher of the two prices and clerk DIANNA getting on the PA system to humiliate and embarrass me because I dared disagree with the dual pricing system. Never again will my family set foot in there, who does that???? The prices are already higher than ACE in Belfair, did I need to be shamed as well as screwed? Maybe DIANNA shouldnt be working with customers if thats how she solves problems. Wow that was rude.. Shame on you

I tried to buy a $16,000 kubota from them today but they felt it was a better idea to work with some guy looking at used mowers and completely ignored me. Probably assuming a single girl doesnt buy tractors.... unfortunately for them I will just have to purchase mine somewhere else. It seems like a pretty silly thing to shun cash buyers of high ticket stuff....

I have found that they are very helpful. They will carry a lot of items that a Big Box store will not. The store is very busy due to satisfied customers, so one needs to be a patient because they do care. Theyre prices are definitely competitive. I have not observed anyone being rude.

I was new in town, and couldnt find anything until I went to Toziers. They helped me find everything I needed rather they carried it or not. Knowledgable staff and very helpful. They can be very busy so be patient sometimes, but theyre busy for a good reason.

The customer service was extremely poor. The man who helped was grumpy and would not even show me were the product I needed was. He just barked out directions in a frustrated manner. I left without purchasing anything. Extremely dissapointing

Well stocked and the staff is fairly friendly and helpful. The prices are generally extremely high. Good for little things that dont warrant a trip to Olympia.
