Worked here for a while, managers are super racist and rude to their own employees and customers. If you are a minority and have ever felt disrespected by any of the managers for no reason its because they are very racist. I watched my manager kick out dozens of Mexicans and black customers and when I asked for the reasoning they would always make up a half ass answer. Carleen is the worst manager in the entire store, she is so aweful to the employees that a coworker had confessed to me that she was too afraid to go to the bathroom or was sometimes afraid to come to work because of the harrasment Carleen would give to her. Debbie is just as aweful. Do not work here, and if you are white Im sure youll be fine in this store!

Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences going into the Springfield JoAnns. The employees were always friendly, offered to assist me when I couldnt find something I was looking for, and even suggested alternatives for items they didnt carry. Kris, the only male Ive seen working there, was really nice, and even genuinely asked me about the projects I had in mind with my purchases.

I love going to Jo-Anns. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. They are very personable and ask what kind of project you are working on. Ads and coupons have been great this year. Very rare to not have a 50% coupon when I go in.

Of the two Joanns in town this one is okay. Ive run across some "stick in the mud" employees who dont like to listen to customers about posted sales. If what you are getting is on sale just double check everything before paying to make sure.

Help can be a little iffy, I had clerks who are helpful and then clerks who are so nasty I walk out and go someplace else. Prices are on the high side. If you are looking for something other then fabric, go to Hobby Lobby.

The staff here are friendly and efficient. They will go the extra mile to try to find what you are looking for. Prices are reasonable. This is a nice place to shop for fabric, sewing notions, and holiday decor.

Great coupons online, email, texting. Dont buy too much at one time though,it will break the bank. Take your time and buy a few things at a time and use your coupons!!!!
