Where do I even start with this horrendous customer service provided? To begin with, they sent my mom the wrong iphone, and she received a 7 plus when she ordered the regular 7. I ordered my phone at the store almost 3 weeks ago, only to find out today it was actually never ordered due to some system error. I went into the store at least once per week since then wondering what the status of my damn order was, to only be told lies from the manager that it was being shipped and he never actually looked into the problem yet would give me these looks as if I was crazy..... hmmm maybe it was the girl the day I ordered who wouldnt keep talking about how hung over she was when placing my order, real professional. All in all, I went to the store off 185th so I could just pick up an iphone 7 in stock so I could never deal with such a disastrous order/customer service again. However, shout out to austin for thoroughly looking into it otherwise I wouldve waited probably another month for an order that never existed. They actually even started my installment plan when I never even had the phone LOL. PATHETIC, and absolutely unacceptable to be treated this way when Im PAYING this amount of money. Ill never go to this store again, the store off 185th near trader joes can get the two thumbs up. no problems there lmao... Thats really all I can say...

Its a good place to come if youre looking to be an AT&T phone holder. However, the place is quite messy and I sometimes think the people that works there arent too confident in themselves when they speak about their product and service.
