I ordered 3 portable DVD players for Christmas - two purple emantic and one blue emantic and only received the two purple ones in one box (fast shipping) but called to ask where was the blue portable DVD player? I was given a hard time, told to call a 1800 number and was told I would receive calls regarding the issue. I was told by a Jason MGR at Danville ky Office Depot that he would refund me my money I paid and send me another purple one instead since unfortunately the blue one they cannot find out what is going on with that one... Im frustrated hoping I get my money back or refunded and out of one portable DVD player... What a merry Christmas! Hope it arrives soon and my refund as well because if it dont Im gonna have an 8 year old crying on Christmas Day saying mom bought her sister and cousin a portable DVD player and "forgot her"... I explained to her, I didnt forget about her and office depot made a Boo Boo (mistake) and they are trying to fix it... Wont purchase from them again!!! EVER!!!

They do not stand behind their protection plan, tell you that you can bring it back to the store at any time for a replacement or return. Thats not the case at all. They give you the run around, and have you call the protection plan 800 number, then they proceed to tell you that if you havent owned it more than 1 year, youre dealing with manufacture warranty, and not Office Depot. I purchased a 2 year plan, and was told that after Nov. 2nd (my notebook would be 1 year old then) I would only have 1 year of service remaining. They wont cover anything in the first year however. I will purchase elsewhere all together if I can, the people in the store tell you anything they can to make a sell on those protection plans.
