I took photos to the copy center hoping to put together a calendar for an upcoming family reunion. Ty the young lady working told me she was new but she could help me. She talked to an employee named Eddie and then told me what had to be done on my end. They were very busy and asked me to bring back my photos later. When I returned the copier was down and the tech had just arrived. The next day was the 4th of July, shorter hours.When I arrived Betty, a store manager asked if I was there about the calendar. I said yes and she told me to come back the next day and it would be done. I went the next day and met Katie Johnson who was working on it. Katie was EXCELLENT, knew exactly what I wanted and finished it in less than 30 minutes. I do realize it was a holiday week and I do believe that Ty the first employee l met could have completed the job. I was totally surprised that Betty was aware that I had been in the store several times, and took control of what was becoming a problem. I am very pleased with the GREAT customer service. I also was extremely pleased with Katies work. Great job STAPLES!!!!!!

We used Staples Copy and print services for all of our employee business cards, promo cards, and quick turn marketing collateral, and every time I had to order a product for same day pick-up in store, this store was always late and there was always some issue (didnt have the right paper, couldnt download my files, ect.) Fine location was coming in and shopping, but we are not using Staples copy and print online and same day pick up services in the future.

I use this location often because of its locality to my business. I mainly use the copy print services for printing and scanning blueprints. It is hit or miss on the quality of service you will receive. They seem to have trouble keeping competent employees to run this section. The equipment breaks down fairly often also. Otherwise, they do their best to accommodate the customer.

Clean, well-organized store. But the signage is not very good, which makes it difficult to find the things you need quickly. However, employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. And I was able to order things they were out of right in the store to be delivered to my house at no extra cost.

Why call it a copy center if you dont have the necessary supplies/ paper to do job. Just wanted 110lb card stock copies. Couldnt do it, oh unless I go buy the paper on the floor then bring it to get copied and get charged for that too. Way to run a business.

Brooke has a negative attitude, poor customer skills and seems very unhappy with her job. Very slow and unpleasant service. Wont return.
