Refurbing iPhone LCDs themselves, glass is cheap durability, scratches and gets filthy extremely easy. Lots of customers have discovered that the techs at this location have left multiple screws if not entire cable lock down brackets out of their phones letting batteries and other parts become disconnected after a slight fall or just by simply running for a just a moment with the device in their pocket. They also sell batteries that usually cost between $5-- $11 a piece for $40- $60 sometimes even $70+. For years theyve annotated these aftermarket versions as OEM, claiming this reason of the mark up of costs. Samsung Battery replacements they have are not OEM. Most have the same silver and black labeling style, but have no brand by Samsung, do not support NFC capabilities like the OEM batteries do, no Serial Number or QR code like OEM versions do for authenticity verification purposes. Some of the batteries for Samsung series they carry are even cheaper after market types with black and white labeling, and may have a different often lower milli-amp hour rating, which is basically its charge capacity rating of each battery. A lot of their iPhone battery replacements get sold as new, and probably are, yet are defective themselves and often require the customer to return again wasting consumer time and their own time. iPhone screens sometimes have a imprecise home button opening, still allowing the home button to work, yet will sit a little slanted or loose inside its area of install. Ive sent a few people in with lint intentionally stuffed into a iPhone charge port just to see if they actually replace the part itself. More times than not, they will charge for a charge port replacement when all they really did was pick this lint out with a pair of tweezers. These people do okay business wise, cases are generic like anywhere else and they sell for triple or quad what they cost but thats typical and normal for accessories of any kind anywhere. But they dont make money because they are a great repair service, they make their money because the customers are uneducated in the services they are seeking. Its kinda sad but I think they use their race to their advantage lol. Theyve tricked a guy with a rebooting device and said they replaced a battery and reset it, when in actuality they JUST wiped the device in recovery mode and never even opened the device to install a battery. Yes they do fix most things youll bring in. But they will take advantage of you the first chance they get.

Went to this Beyond Electronics to have my Galaxy S5 screen replaced. They were out of the part that I needed for my phone, said I would need to come back tomorrow. I said that tomorrow wasnt any good for me as I had to work and that I needed my phone for work. Asked the gentleman if there were any other places around the area that did repairs. He said there were not. I wondered about 100 feel down the mall and low and behold, another booth that does repairs and wouldnt you know they had the part I needed. Cheaper price than what I was quoted at BE and phone back working in 20 minutes. I asked the gentleman working at Celairus if Beyond Electronics knew about them and he said "Yes, occasionally we buy needed parts from each other.". So the gentleman at Beyond Electronics refused to send me to someone else to fix my problem when he couldnt and he knew all along all I needed to do was walk 100 feet. A true shame of customer service and I will NEVER be returning to Beyond Electronics for any electronics need I may have.

No stars from me at all the women there is so rude i have got my phone fixed here 3 time in the last month the screen comes off and my phone just start jumping turns black ect!!! Im not the type to be like this but thw manager is nasty Im going there today and they will fix my phone with no charge or i will blast them all over trust me I will blast them all over social media telling everyone not to go there im so sick of rude phone bullies!!!!!!

if I could give zero stars I would. walked in to ask about my glass pulling away from my phone. guy looked at it, said $130 put my phone down, walked away and started playing on the computer. I said is that it and he replied $130 without even turning around to look at me. I walked out

This place is amazing! After months of run around at The Hook Up I was soooooo frustrated. Walking past this store today I decided to stop in. They had the part The Hook Up couldnt seem to get in after leading me on for months and fixed it in less than 30 minutes for only $30!!

Went there yesterday. I was charged and told they fixed the problem. This morning not 24 hours later doing the exact same thing as before they apparently fixed the problem? Feel ripped off.

My wifes iPhone power button was stuck and would not work properly. These guys fixed it in 45 minutes ($65), were very friendly, and no appointment was neccessary. Very happy :-)
