This is THE WORST WALMART EVER !!!!!! I blame the Management. When you call in you get the lazy fitting room rejects. You can never speak with the store manager. Do they even exist ? They give,dummies the title Co-Manager, who are nothing but brown nosers. They get nothing accomplished. The associates walk around eating food from the outside vendors that give out food samples. Geesh !!! They have a head strong African Manager who thinks he is in a King Kong movie. John is his name and he has threatened customers, he has even gone as far as putting his hand in a customers face. They are looking at a lawsuit.. This walmart has a very uncomfortable feel. There is a lot of tension between customers and associates. Someone in Corporate or the Ghost store manager should come and take a look at what is really going on. Whitemarsh is supposed to be soooooooooooooo fabulous. Nottttttttttttt. Not in Nottingham. Straight HOOD !!!!!!!!!!They never have merchandise. Where is your inventory ??? Get with the program. People should stop patronizing this store. If you go to other Walmart stores you will see the cash registers open for its customers. At this location the CSM actually goes down the aisle as if a roll call, closing out registers while customers are in long lines. Sometimes leaving only 3 registers only open. Come on people, this Walmart exist because of us. Take the time and go to another location. Make these owners earn our business. We are making it too easy for them to capitalize.

hate the customer care. I bought a wiu for my son for birthday and it was not working in 10 days.when returned to walmart here , they opened my well packed item and made a mess and the lady told me the packet once opened can only exchanged with another. then comes the manager stating that it cant be returned as it is opened. GIRl at service called another manager that came 15 min later and without even looking said refund hismoney and put in his card and she left. two managers , two decisions and i was like this is like playing games. the manager left and then the lady was trying to process the refund and it didnt go through . the manager came back and then she said , i cant return it, here is your receipt . i was so mad as it took 30min to make this decision. they are telling me to sell it at ebay.These stupid idiot mangers at the store is telling me to sale it when i spent 300 dollars and the game is not working in 2 weeks. i will never shop here as they give hard time to customers who wants to return items that is not working or that theydont like. date happened 6/18/2014 at 2135 at walmart perryhall. Took the same game to putty hill walmart and they refunded the money in 5 minutes. The store manager came and checked prior to doing this and was done in minutes

Call center does not know how to direct calls and expects you to figure out the department. Worker asked how may she direct my call. I told her I wanted to ask someone if they carried a laundry detergent. She asked what department. Really? Isnt this your job? Told her Im not sure and figured she might know. I was polite however her tone turned to VERY annoyed and she spoke to me rudely. I continued to be pleasant. She finally figured out on her own what department the store she works at carries detergent and checked. Came back and said yes very rudely. I thanked her and she hung up on me and scoffed. I was baffled how someone could get so irritated just because a customer is not certain of the department something is in. I felt like I was inconveniencing her to do her job. I talked to the manager. Its a shame to be treated such a way when you remain polite even after being treated so rudely.

This review is definitely for the Walmart Supercenter location at: 6420 Petrie Way Rd, Rosedale, MD 21237. We moved here from Northern Virginia in January. In all my years of shopping at Walmart Centers I feel that this is not a Walmart I would shop at again or recommend. Its true, its dirty and the lines are unusually long. There are too few cashiers for the volume of customers. The store inside is dirty as well as the entrance. The parking lot is not inviting with trash everywhere. Just because the customer base may live on the ghetto, the homeless living nearby, the store shouldnt look like the ghetto. Hence, an overload of seagulls in the parking lot but then again it almost makes me think that Im in the Dollar Store or Dollar General nearby. Everyone knows they are dirty. SHAME on Walmart on Golden Ring as it should dignify the community.

My normal center. Unless their are no handicapped carts. The bad habits of some can mess with others because young people who are just too lazy to walk thru the store or dont want to deal with chasing their kid use the carts to ride thru the store then the actual handicapped dont have the ability to shop. I had to go elsewhere. I BELIEVE IT SHOULD GO BACK TO WHERE YOU HAVE TO GIVE YOUR ID OR SHOW A COPY OF YOUR HANDICAP PLACARD OR TAG REGISTRATION TO GET A CART. LOCK THEM UP AND HIRE AN OLDER PERSON WHO CANT GET HIRED BY A SNOOTY COMPANY CUZ OF THEIR AGE TO BE THE SCOOTER CORRAL MANAGER. Its hard when you cant walk and you have to go grocery shopping and I choose Walmart because most regular grocery stores have minimal scooters and Walmart is cheaper. I have sent this review directly to Walmart before but never got any response so.....

Today I lost my wallet at this store, a man picked it up and tried to turn it in to the lady named Coral, working the ladys dressing room. Because she was too lazy to follow their policy for lost items, my wallet was then stolen. He never turned it in, walked right out the door. All she had to do was take my wallet from the man and turn in it to customer service, but apparently that was too hard for her. When I spoke to the manager, I also felt like he could care less about me as a customer and her as a lazy employee. There was several other employees that did everything they could to help me, Shay was one of the woman name, and I believe the other womans name began with a T. But because of the lazy employee and rude uncaring manager we will not be shopping at this location in the future.

Walmart Vision center service is Truly Lacking. Bad customer service experience from beginning 2 end. Contacted staff several times 2 ensure timely delivery of glasses & was informed staff would contact me, directly. After waiting several months I had not been contacted & checked voicemail 2 discover that staff had left a message 4 pick-up a week earlier. Thanks, Walmart. Upon picking up new lens & frames I noticed that left lens was blurred. I was told 2 wait a week 4 my vision 2 clear up. What kind of proffesional optical advise is that? My new frames were never adjusted 2 ensue proper fit or vision. Do dissatisfied customers really need 2 sacrifice Quality at a Price? I dont think so. Walmart Customers Deserve & Demand Quality Customer Service. Listen up Walmart!!
