I come from a world where customer service is very important. To achieve a goal, and to make sure the customer keeps coming back. When you walk into an establishment you should be greeted on entry. Even if your dealing with a customer. You acknowledge that person with. "Hello, welcome to my establishment. I will be with you shortly". That will give the customer a sign of appreciation we love our jobs, and your business. Thats what brings in the bucks... Customer Service. Manager Bill did not show good customer service. This reflects his employees. Making them lack in this area. I can go on with witnessing with my own eyes not delivering good service to a family of a different race. Watch Bill delightful cater to the same race as he is. This rubs me wrong. I dont like to be touch inappropriately. From this I would not recommend this store. Thanks. I will add no matter you Race, Gender, Background, or Religion. We should give everyone equally respect, and curiosity.

Bought God of War 2 disc set for PS3 and MineCraft for XBox 360. Disc 2 of the set refuses to work due to slight warping. They exchanged it for another warped disc. MineCraft had 3 small circles on the disc and refuses to play as well. The customer service is alright but the pre-owned products are terrible. Im tired of multiple visits and wasted time just to get a half decent game! Just tried selling my PS3 at this location Bill told me he could take my system but not give me money or credit for it. WTF!? I showed him a video of it working perfectly however he said because it was dusty and "Smelled funny" it loses all value! This is not a Gamestop I would suggest going to. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

No seriously, they dont answer the phone. Ive actually watched someone call the store while inside, as one of two customers, and the phone was not answered. I understand phone calls make people uncomfortable, but, you know. Please train someone to be more comfortable with it. Other than that, the people are usually friendly. Stock can at times leave a little to be desired but that might just be the video gaming industry in general- you can get everything online these days. Still my favorite gamestop tho. Still my favorite.

Its always so friendly when i go in there, yes the lines may be a little long but if you need information on a game or their opinion they will take all the time they need to help you. Even if they risk losing a sale, theyll still tell you exactly how they feel about a certain game. Great place to shop for games. Id much rather wait in line for a few more minutes over bring rushed and brushed off to just get me out the door.

Tried to trade in games, but the lady there was super rude. She was very rude to the guy before me trying to trade in also. Heard her saying to them that they should try the pawn shop if he wants more money for his games. After she deducted like 40 dollars off my trade saying no one would buy my games in this condition i told her nevermind. She just grabbed my games and three them in a bag with no care. Very disappointing.

Bought used Smash Brothers game and $3 warranty on disc. Got home and the disc would not play. The very next day, took it back and they would not give a full refund. They sold me a bad disc and I had to pay $3 dollars for privilege of disappointing my children. The absolute worst in customer service.

Ignore the comment before this one. I cannot speak of his experience there but to make it racial is ia misunderstanding on the customers behalf. Bill is by no means a racist and to say he is says his guest has absolutely no clue who bill is or who or what his racial bias is.

Poor service. Almost everytime I shop there its a long wait and lines halfway to the door, I understand about polite and friendly service but to stand and chit chat with customers like theres no one else in line is rude. They never answer the phone.

Ive been having a pleasant shopping experience there for a couple years but recently a worker named Brandon is unfriendly, not helpful, and unprofessional. I advise if you go to this GameStop and see Brandon , dont rely on his help.

The Game Stop itself is ok but the employees seem not to know whats going on in video games seems to be just a job for them which is bad when I have questions they seem not to know

Dont really have a lot of games to choose from as much as other stores and doesnt accept cash for mobile trade ins and trade in values are super low compared to other places.
