What do I say. I am just echoing what others have already wrote. First they are never stocked up when I go. I always use coupons and stick half of them in pocket because the product not being there. Shelf is emptied. I asked an employee and she said it was becasue of food stamp time. Jokingly I asked, do they shop at 1 minute after midnight? She replied yes. This has gone on for years and Wal Mart management does not prepare for this? Odd.However, the deli department which carries the lunch meat is very good. I like the product and the gals who work behind the counter. However, a few seem to not multitask very well. Others seem to grab 5 or 6 meat items, listen to what you say and go for it. Others really need some help. Like grab one, cut it and walk back and put it away then asked whats next. Same routine. Slow.There are some very good employees, however overall, it is a poor store. I recall one time I was looking for a item. I had difficulty finding it. Over the next aisle, there was an employee who was looking at items on shelf. He had his Wal mart vest on with all the bling. I asked him where I could find this item. He replied, "I am sorry I am on my lunch break and cant help you, let me go find someone who can" What?????????????????. So he took the time to find someone who can help but not the time to....oh nevermind....LOL. Pitiful, just pitful. Two stars because of a few gals in the deli, otherwise, time for Palmyra.

My husband and I recently went in to buy a porch swing that was on sale. We asked an employee in the garden center for help and explained about the purchase we would like to make. She then called for another employee to get the porch swing for us. He went to get it from the supplies and she said "no, we only have the display left". I kindly explained that we dont want the display, we dont have the vehicle to take home a fully assembled porch swing at which point she yelled at us and said "Im telling you this is the only one we have left!" She then told US to call around to other Wal-Marts and see if they have any to sell that werent on display. I said shouldnt you do that? She said maybe to check out Lowes or Home Depot. What employee of Wal-Mart directs you to their competitors to buy merchandise?? Terrible, terrible customer service. BTW we went to Lowes and had a wonderful employee help us and bought a beautiful porch swing for our Patio. Thanks Wal-Mart for the the recommendation.

This is by far not the best walmart I have been too. If your just running in for milk you are probably ok and will find it on the shelf, but the lines that you may have to stand in will be a waste of your time. It seems like every time I go there for the walmart brand items for specific things (especially the great value half and half) they do not have it in stock. I use coupons fairly often and I cant count on this store to get deals. Walmart brags about their price match policy and one stop shopping, but it seems as if every time an item is lower at another store and has a coupon from the Sunday paper, that item magically is swept off the shelf and is no longer in stock till the next week. Maybe bad luck but its happened far more times to consider it bad luck, more like marketing strategies. And if you have an infant that you are feeding baby food too, dont go there the first week of the month it is literally cleaned out by customers on WIC.

I shop at Walmart all the time, being in customer service I try to understand the stress of the business and never write a negative review but I was so dubfounded by my experience this morning that I cant not write this. I called 3 times to see if they had any fresh Christmas trees and the first time the girl just said she didnt know. When I asked if she could find out she told me she already asked someone else. Im sorry but every place I have ever worked if a customer has a question that you dont know, you find out. Thats the "service" part of the job. I called the second time asking for a manager and got hung up on. And the third time was waiting 10 mins before I finally hung up after my mother called from her phone and asked to be transferred to the seasonal department who had the answer right away. Whoever this girl was answering the phones needs to be retrained in the customer service feild.

It amazing how one action can sour your opinion. I ran there Christmas Eve, got there at 5:20pm from New York just to pick up some last minuet Holiday things. Thats what we do. I was met with rude employees saying the store was closed and refused to explain why they what time they closed. Clearly the store closed at 6pm. No excuse or kind words for my comfort. I felt dis respect as well as people with there kids... It killed my holiday mood because I had one gift to pick up and the Web said it was at that store. What a bummer. I then took my business to TJ Max and they closed the same time but it was 10 minuets to closing they let me in they saw my desperation. They didnt have qhat I wanted but they gave me comfort.

Ive had a run of bad luck trying to simply get my tires rotated and balanced. I went on a Monday morning and they were slammed full and said to come back another day. They advised that Saturday evening was very slow. I went today (Saturday evening) and prior to going, called to see if they were busy. It was 6 PM and she said they were open to 8 PM and come on in and theyll get it done. I showed up 15 minutes after 6 and they were closing for the night. Something about the mechanic was not certified and they had to close...yeah right.

A standard subpar Walmart retail store with slow customer service. The best service you will see here will be at the Subway. The wait in line tends to be quite long. I would advise not buying electronics or phones here because Walmart will offer not assistance for any issues in my experience. Also avoid Walmart family mobile it is not Walmart owned and Walmart cannot and will not help you with . If you want a better shopping experience shop elsewhere. Only reason to come here might be for wifi and cheap generic prescriptions.

The store is very understaffed to say the least. When you first walk in , they never have a greeter on there grocery side. The bathrooms in the front of the store for the public to use are absolutely disgusting! Throughout the aisles you will find leftover hot and cold deli food that was scarfed down , hidden in the aisles and not paid for. The customer service managers are NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED. If you have a issue forget about asking a manager, and when you call the 1800walmart number to complain , you will be left dissatisfied .
