Its obvious Gamestop is a cold profit driven company, and unfortunatly the employees have to balance the BS corporate policy with being a real human. Most get worn down and mold to the machine , but a few stand out as exceptional people, and maintain their compassionate human nature despite the corporate struggle. These are the employees that keep us coming back. Will, at whitemarsh mall, is such an employee, and i hope he is appreciated by upper management as much as he is by the community for his passion to fulfill his customers desires.

An employee named Mac was the most laziest, and rudest employee Ive ever seen. If I talked to fellow employees and customers like that I would be fired on the spot. It would be better if they let him go. You can tell that he caused tension, and just takes up space. The whole entire time he was complaining about his hours, and how he hates working there. I really hope they get rid of him before the holiday rush

Ive gotten games from there many times , but I went there to get the division he asks for my id, I give it to him and Im seventeen and he tells me I cant get it cause its mature 17+ that doesnt make any sense. I guess cause Im 53. But other then that good store.

Amazing experience today! We come in here often, &the employee Will here is always trying to help the customers get what they want. Gamestop has been getting a bit of a bad rep lately but the few good employees you come across are very human and helpful.

The employees there are nice enough. They are slow though and take forever to pick up the phone. I have called 11 times now and still no one picks up.
