Impact and its employees are fantastic! I can only say great things about the service we have received. It has been second to none. The staff go to great lengths to make sure that your needs are taken care of and Andrew Wildesen is really motivated to deal with any matter and answer any questions we have with a caring attitude. The products are of high quality and any employees from Impact that we have coming through our doors are very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Impact to anyone who wants a great, reliable service!

They really do make an Impact. Ease in ordering and setting up hardware installations really makes the difference. Within reason, they always say YES and with a smile too. This is rare. Highly recommend their products, customer service, availability, and all around business outlook.

AWESOME COMPANY! They provide Coffee Service Keurig, Pods and Bunn. My rep, Lisa Tessicini, is the best! She always follows up with me and makes sure that I am WELL taken care of. Because of her great service, we now buy all of our office supplies from her too.
