I was not pleased in the least by this company. I was supposed to have a delivery. I could not be home until 4PM and I told the company this. They told me that they would call the day before the scheduled delivery to make sure times worked for me. I never recieved a call. They did call me the delivery day telling me they would be at my apartment in 5-10 minutes. They called at 2 in the afternoon. I could not be at the delivery because I work 25 miles away. They did not leave a note or anything to tell me to reschedule. I tried to call them for a week and no one answered the phone or returned my call. I have still not recieved my piece. It is scheduled to be in a few weeks but I have to take a day off to get it here. I just hope it comes. It will be 2 months from the time I ordered until I get it. Ridiculously crazy!

After reading the bad reviews on here, I am truly in awe. My aunt Bonnie and I have ordered multiple large items (furniture- couches, chairs, dressers, tv stands) from Overnight Office and have had nothing but great experiences. Greg has answered most every time I called, and if not, gets back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Upon going into the store to look around, different employees have welcomed me and asked if I needed any assistance. Weve also had exceptional experience with delivery. They tell you a day, then call the morning of and give you a closer time frame. All furniture is wrapped tightly in thick plastic wrapping so nothing is damaged. Delivery people have always been very nice. Love this place, and I would highly recommend them!

Very disappointed. Their name is OVERNIGHT. They have had my item for 5 days. No one answers their phones, return calls, etc. Not a single voicemail, company main number, website, or facebook listed they were closed or even what their hours actually are. Finally get a hold of someone, although they were nice, cant deliver my package for another 2 days!! Where is the overnight in that?? A service company who closes for 5 days is not good customer service at all. We should have been contacted when the item arrived and had delivery set up for the first day they returned or have been offered a special deliver today . Less than 5 miles from their location. Not happy at all.

Great Service and selection! I just moved my small business across town and Overnight helped with everything! They moved everything for me and installed the new and used furniture I bought from them at the same time! They made the move very easy on me! I highly recommend them to anyone who is moving their office or looking for office furniture!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLY RUDE. MY FITNESS EQUIPMENT FROM NORDIC-TRACK DID NOT DELIVER BY THEM. TERRY AND A LADY WAS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... HORRIBLE ATTITUDE PROBLEM FOR A DELIVERY COMPANY, CANNOT DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY... *****************ASSHOLES**************
