My laptop video card got fried and decided to go to Staples, because of a 50% off Easytech services sales. This dropped the data recover price down to $125 from $250, which was the same price at Best Buy. I paid $60 for the assement and the employee confirmed the video card was fried. I was given three options 1. Do a data recovery to get all the music, pictures, and files I wanted on to another computer for $125. 2. Get a new motherboard and video card and installed on the laptop for $300. I could get a brand new computer for $300+, so I decided to do the data recovery and get the files I wanted. Paid the $125. Took weeks for the service to be done, because the Staples staff did not call me, nor return calls after it had been a week. Had to make many trips to Staples trying to get this done. When I arrived staff members would be on break or not working and there was ZERO inter employee communication. As a result, none of the staff knew anything and were of ZERO help. In the end, the entire laptop was friend and nothing could be saved. $60 + $125 = $175 wasted. The $60 problem assessment should have discovered that everything was fried, which would have prevented wasting so much time and money. Talked to the manager, because I paid for my data to be recovered and nothing was recovered. He said they did their best. I did not pay all that money for a best try, I paid for my data and did not get it. Use Easytech if you enjoy wasting your time and money. Even with the 50% off offer Easytech was a complete rip-off.

Went in to get some paper for the printer and manila file folders. They tried to charge me $21.49 for folders that were marked $7.99 on the shelf (and online). I got them to correct the price. The paper was supposed to come with a rebate, but the register didnt print out the form I needed and I didnt notice until I got home. Maybe the rebate form is my mistake since I didnt check before I left, but given how big the price tag noting the paper was only $1.00 after rebate, I assumed it would have been there. Long story short, let the buyer beware. They will charge more than stated price. They will not provide rebate forms. Probably best to buy from elsewhere. If you have to go there, take note of the price tags for items so you can check at the register.

The store is neat and friendly and has plenty of accessible parking. Unfortunately, stores like Staples are often understaffed these days because online shopping is so prevalent. You may get friendly service, but you might have to wait a while. There is a UPS drop off within the store, which is convenient, and the print shop is very good at what it does. All in all, about as good as youre going to get for an in-person big box retailer these days.

There has been multiple times where I have come in at opening time and the doors were still locked and shut employee inside ignored me if you have hours online and on your sign you should be open correct? If there is no acknowledgement to the customer who is standing outside for 10-15 mins after opening time waiting for a employee to unlock the doors or to show up is kinda frustrating especially when you need supplies for your day

The people are friendly, but not knowledgeable. Above an aisle hangs a sign that says surge protectors. There are no surge protectors n that aisle, so I asked the associate working in technology where I can find them. He didnt know what a surge protector is let alone where to find one, which is the next aisle over. Encountered a similar problem with Ink.

My high schooler needed some brochures printed for a final project. Had a bunch of trouble with the self-service printers, so asked for help from a staff member. SOPHIA was wonderful! So helpful. Walked him through everything - friendly, attentive and detail-oriented. So glad she was there to help out!

Jalil from the printing department did a fantastic job of getting me in and out very quickly. I had some technical difficulty, but he was able to troubleshoot and provide alternatives that helped me to get out quickly and make my meeting on time. He service was worthy of a good review!

SUX! I spent 1/4 LESS on SAME printing product at MinuteMan Press in Crystal City than I did at this location. Moreover, the person who is supposed to help with printing projects has MAJOR attitude no matter what time of day it is. FIRE him.

Decent place. But the staff can be a little helpful. Some staff are really nice, though, and willing to help. Great selection of products I like here. Pretty good place.

The staff here are great, here is a large assortment of products that you can purchase, the inventory is pretty good and its a good place to shop for office supplies.

The print shop here is awful. Check out Bobs Printing on Route 1 instead. You wont wait in line forever and theyll do your job correctly the first time.
