WATCH OUT AT THE REGISTER! I went today with my husband, he was going to get a printer while I bound a very important paper. The helpless girl that was working with me was also working with everything else that came in front of her including her cellphone. We waited a looong time for her to put a spiral to a 20 page document. Suddenly at the register she became a fast worker and scanned 3 different bar codes with 3 different prices and add-ons; when I complained she said that the manager told her to do so. I was in a rush (because of the wait time) and left and of course we will never come back to this store, EVER!

I ordered cards on the 10. I was told I could pick them up. Turns out I had to wait for next day delivery which I thought would be the 11th. I called and spoke with a rep who told me I will get them the next day..no cards. I called back on the 12 I was told I obviously was mistaken Id get them on the 14. 14th gets here its storming outside in pa. No one knocked or rang my bell, they sat my cards outside at the end of my walkway to get completely saturated with water. The quality is already poor, now they are wet. Do yourself a favor and stick with Staples or Vista print. This company is horribleness.

Night Lurker

I went in here for an interview for a stocking position. The assistant manager who interviewed me led me to believe that I had gotten the job. I checked back twice and he kept saying his manager had to get back to him and that he would email me on a certain day by a certain time. He never emailed me. I dont like being led on. if I didnt get the job, I didnt get it.

I wanted to purchase a clearance chair, but was too big for my car. I was surprised when I was told that I couldnt pay for it at that time, and pick it up later time this week. Not sure, but isnt that how the online shopping experience works? Pay first, get later?

Store is worn and showing its age. Print center staff seems to be good. The entire staff could be a bit more attentive especially when there is a line of customers trying to check out. They just need to know to open addition registers.

OPEN. TOURS

Place is good overall. Theres a lack in quality SD and Compact Flash cards for cameras. Even what they have looks old. Service is friendly though, printing center and FedEx service has always been great.
