The sales associate Wes was very helpful when my aunt and I stopped by last Saturday. He was very patient and answered all our questions while we tried almost every chair in the store. We ended up buying 2 high-end office chairs and a recliner; all totaling almost seven grand. They were having some technical issues, but Wes went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

Very good experience. The clerk was very patient while I tried out some lower back support cushions. He appeared to be rather new but he would check with the on duty manager if he wasnt sure of the answer to my questions. He did a good job.
