Terrible place with rude staff. The customer service is trashy. I actually went to get my laptop and desktop fixed there and the service was slow and never called. I had to call them and see if it was ready and they said yeah. The staff are very rude here as well. One of the staff made fun of my voice, for some reason, and one guy who works there in the TechDepotServices actually said he doesnt like me. Im not stating this persons name on here, but it starts with W - R. One of the them one the phone actually said he doesnt like me, for some reason. The manager on the phone I talked with finding a job there actually didnt want to talk to me or help me out, she just made fun of me. Her name starts with S. Im not stating her name. I would come here for the prices on goods, but awful customer service, idiotic staff and rude... coming here is a burden. I would only come here for getting your computer fixed. ...Thats why Im giving this place a 2/5 for fixing computers, or I would have given it a 1/5.

I went into Office Depot to pick up a 2 tb hard drive. The store was organized well enough and I found the drive I was looking for in less than a minute. They removed the normal checkout counters and combined the office services with checkout. There were only two people in line when I went to make my purchase. 20 minutes later I had to get back to work so I left without ever being served . The service is terrible. After work I went to Staples, they had the same drive at the same price and a checkout clerk had me out of the store in less than three minutes. Shopping at a store should take more time than checking out of a store. Next time I will order online, it would be much quicker than going to the Depot.

painfully slow service. i was asked if i wanted to save 20% off my purcase if i enrolled. i said ok gave them my email. nothing happened. i did not receive 20% i infact got spam in my email telling me i had to register online only to recieve 10% back in from of a gift certificate once evey 4months. im happy they are not going to be around soon. #staplestakeover

Ive been going here for two years and the customer service has generally been quite good. Most of the employees are very helpful, even if your print job is small. Prices for ink and other items are reasonable. Overall Im usually impressed by the personal service and attention to detail.

Something is going on at this location. There are vast areas of nothingness and empty spaces. Im not sure if they are renovating or preparing to shut down, but its suspect. Its a big store with less than expected inventory.
