I found some RAM memory for sale for $54.99 while shopping in this store. I thought this was a fair sale, so I compared the sales item number on the RAM package and that showing on the sales sign above the item just to make sure it was the correct item that I found was the one for sale. The item number in the advertisement and the one I was holding in my hand matched, so I knew I had the correct product at a reasonable price. However, when I went to purchase it, the total showed $69.99. When I brought the sales sign information to the managers attention, he insisted that it was not the same product. He showed me his computer with a picture of another item, which did not have any Item numbers on it that matched what was on the sales sign. I told him that the sign that I was holding and the RAM package I was holding carried the same item number and therefore, he must sell me the item for the price advertised. He continued to point to the computer and said that the sale was for that other item on his screen, when he could not prove it with a verifying number. When I asked him about this missing number, he refused to answer and said that I must buy the one he was pointing to on his computer screen. When I asked if he was going to sell me this RAM for the advertised price, the manager said, "No." I thank him for this time and walked away. As I turned to walk away, the threw the RAM package with such force I heard it bang against the counter with a loud "crack." I am not sure what the local laws are, but in most states advertising a product for a certain price and then pushing the customer to another product is called "bait and switch," which is illegal is many states. The manager could have done the right thing and sold me the RAM for the $15-off the original price and maintained goodwill and the stores integrity, But he chose to take the unprofessional route. I would not recommend this store to anyone now. They had their change to do the right thing and they blew it. If this bait-and-switch scenario happens often, I do hope that those who are practicing it get caught and something is done legally about this behavior. Until then, let the buyer beware.

Wonderful experience! Everyone seems to have so many complaints and thinks negatively about associates that do their best and work hard to assist as many customers for the small amount of pay they receive. Retail offices are few and if no one knows their way around a computer or how to print then where do people need to go? Places like Office Depot or Staples that is where. The solution is learn how to use a computer, learn how to use a printer, learn how to scan, etc. The Internet is full of information on how to use anything that deals in technology. Ignorance does not become anyone so be mindful. Stop complaining and smell the coffe.

Great experience! I was looking for an office chair with a wide enough seat for me to sit in cross-legged comfortably. I felt kind of stupid testing out chairs in my socks, but an associate named Jamie was helpful and fun. She helped me find the perfect chair, assembled it for me (they only charge $8 to put it together for you) and she loaded it into my van. I hate shopping and had been dreading my search for a chair, but she made the experience fun, easy and quick. All the associates in the store were so friendly and upbeat that I didnt mind browsing while they put my chair together.

I walked in and was looking at sales items near entry. I moved near the printers and was approached by an associate for assistance. He gave me information on a printer I had in question and also recommended another which was of better quality and was on clearance. I moved on to other items and was approached by another associate who walked me to the other side of the store for a specific item. When I passed another associate helping others, he greeted me as well. OVERALL, VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. Im from Texas, so I know friendly :)

They can never get prints done correctly. I explicitly state what dimensions I want to use and theyre always WAY off. And they always scale to the page when I dont select that option for my online order. Its frustrating because this happens every single time Ive gotten prints done from them.

Super dated, like most Office Depots. Online pickup is located at the Copy/Print Center which is staffed by one, or two if youre lucky. They move pretty slowly, but its a problem if you try online pickup when theres more than 1 customer there. Regular cashier line is typically slow, too.

Their color printer didnt work , I been waiting more than one hour for two pages because I needed immediately .They was "trying " to fix it but very slowly.... That big store with one color printer, yes. At the end they didnt fix , I was late to meeting with one hour waisted.

They are not super friendly and they seem to have reduced their stock since last year but if you are looking for an office supply place with low price and convenient then this fits the bill. A good bargain place in the heart of the Merrifield neighborhood.

This is a review for their printing department. I go here about once a month to print listing presentations or flyers. Each time the service has been accurate, friendly, and reliable. There usually isnt a line, so Im in and out very quickly.

I just asked for a stave(staff) lined notebook and the person who picked up the phone just couldnt understand it no matter how I explain. Its like he did it on purpose.

Not a large selection compared to other Office Depots. A beat-up store in a beat-up strip mall. Service was slow but very courteous
