The staff at bare Woods are very Nice. On my second visit to the store I forgot what tome they opened. I had been sitting outside. The owner must have noticed I had been waiting and ended up helping me an hour before he opened. This was unusal but I was so greatful. I been looking for a solid wood table for ny kitchen. Having looked at real wood options online Bare Woods items are moderately priced. You do have to wait on some items, some items they do have on hand. I noticed a bueatiful square table I needed for my kitchen. The guy that helped me was nice and even took the time to show me items and color choices of my choosing. Did not rush me at all. I had to wait for my item but only had to put half the payment down. I was called a week later them letting me know I can pick up my items. When I picked up my Item I was met with kindness and warm welcomes with two new staff memebers. The other gentleman was off. Bare Woods is very organized they where able to find my item help me pay and load up my car! I was in and out quickly. Overall I suggest going to Bare Woods for real solid wood Furniture that will last for years. If you are on a budget go to the store they have huge inventory of catalogs to help you choose your style and choices. Find out how much its going to cost then save. The staff is helpful and professional and understand that finding what you want takes time. I will visit this store agian.

Beware if you are trying to buy paint! I bought a quart of paint so I could refinish some furniture. It turned out I needed another quart so about 2 weeks after the initial purchase I returned to the store to buy it. I was told they dont carry paint in stock and it would have to be ordered. Really? A very basic white color and they dont carry it? I was told it should be available for pickup within 1-2 weeks and they would call me when it comes in. Well, its now already been almost 3 weeks and they still dont have it. Ive called a couple of times to make sure I didnt miss their call, or in case they had it but just didnt call me. The answer I keep getting is that it is not in the store yet and they dont know when it will be delivered. There was no offer to follow up with the shipper either time I called. Terrible customer service!! Just make sure you get all of your paint in one purchase if you dont want to be delayed for days or weeks!

At first glance, this place has a nice selection of neat furniture items. High prices, but you get what you pay for, right? Youll pay the high price thinking you are getting quality service then they will give you your piece in a box to assemble on your own and act like it is your fault you didnt get that. Also all the signs and rules throughout the show room is tacky even for customers shopping without kids. While it is a cool place to get furniture ideas, I wont buy from them again or recommend anyone else does.

Great store. The unfinished wood pieces are high quality unlike other stores Ive visited. The staff is very helpful and can explain the staining process. They also have supplies on hand with prices comparable to the big hardware stores. I highly recommend them.

Quality furniture from quality vendors / manufacturers. Sales folks are professional and prompt with orders and deliveries. Excellent for those hard to find / hard to match pieces of furniture. Would definitely recommend.
