Went to the one in Springfield earlier this afternoon. Was going to purchase the 128GB Flash Drive, so went over to the section where they were located. Noticed a sign advertising the 256 GB for only $11.99. I was ecstatic so bought two of them (there were four hanging in the plastic boxes). Went to the counter to pay for them plus a few other items and noticed that the first one came up as $70.89. I told the cashier the sign said "$11.99" and she told me that they werent on sale. I told her thats what the sign says. She told me that only the 128 GB were on sale. I took them back and got two of the 128 GB (they also had a sale sign for "$11.99". When I got back to the register, I told her that I would take those two. The first one came up as $19.95. I told her that the sign said "$11.00". She showed me in the catalog where they were $19.95 and I told her thats not what the sign said. She told me that they were $19.95. Since there was a line of 3 or 4 waiting on me, I went ahead and paid for them. When I got to work, I called the manager at the Burke location and he kind of laughed about the whole situation, telling me that he would call over there to see that they were changed. First of all, every store that I have been to that had the wrong price posted, they gave it to me at the price that was showing. Needless to say, I wont be returning to Staples (have bought a laptop, printer and lots of paper from the). Will stick to Amazon because I wont mind waiting the two days I will receive my items.

This place is the worst! When I visited this facility there was no one available on the floor to help answer some questions regarding monitors. Another issue I had was upon checking out the cashier was extremely unpleasant. I asked if Staples honors competitors coupons and she looked at me like this was the dumbest question I could ask. When I followed up by asking if Staples offers a military or student discount she again gave me a snarky look and a rude no. Finally, I recently called to ask about address printing on envelopes. I was on hold for 5 mins before someone answered who then put me on hold for another 5 mins to transfer to the copy/printing station. When someone did answer the phone, before I could even say hello she was yelling into the phone "Helloooo?! Anyone there?" Overall, although this location is convenient to my house I will never use their services again.

I have never been to this store before. But today is my first time of being in this store. The staff here are nice, efficient, knowledgeable and so helpful. They help me find the item I want to purchase quickly. The staff (they are supposed to be sales person but i think they are so knowledgeable that I would refer them as "technicians" ) here answered all my questions regarding how to use the high-tech products. Their answers are satisfactory. The checkout process is smooth and quick as well.

Staples copy center is a COMPLETE RIP OFF. They charge $2.19 PER PAGE to send a fax. 10 pages = $21.90, and on and on for a stupid fax. Of course, Staples knows that people who use their fax services frequently have time constraints, so they are being predatory. Do yourself a favor, avoid Staples copy center at all costs or you will be paying a BUNDLE of money.

A story I must share: So I call on to ask for a laptop on clearance, I had to wait to be transferred to the sales manager. I then got told to look on craigslist for decent laptops. Looks like the managers here get the deals first and post them on craigslist. Same specs! This is cool idea but I think Staples should have a policy on this and I hope they listen.

As associates try really hard to be friendly, they call onto managers to come and enter codes often. Then you end up with the an unhappy manager that comes after along wait.

The cashier who looks like George Lucas is always really nice. He saved me like 4 bucks by finding me a coupon. I always leave here with a smile if I get him as my cashier.
