Do not shop at this Staples Store! The operations manager, Kosha, is an absolute idiot who has an attitude with customers for returning defective merchandise! I purchased some HP ink cartridges from Staples-Woodbridge location which were defective. I took them back to Staples asking for an exchange, not a refund but an exchange, and Kosha pretty much accused me of using the ink cartridges which I never ever printed from. I showed her pictures of the error I was getting on my printer but she did care about that...she went on to say that "Staples doesnt sell defective merchandise, there must be something wrong with my printer." She told me that she would exchange them but then she went on to say that if they did not work, then I could not bring them back. This was some B.S. because I had my receipt, original receipt, and I had never printed from them. To make a long story short...I had to read her the riot act and I was so mad that I returned everything that I purchased from Staples on the same day that I purchased the ink cartridges, a total purchase of $119.00! I left Staples and went to Office Depot and purchased the cartridges, went home and put them in my printer and they worked! So much for "We dont sell Defective merchandise at Staples!" Do not shop there....Office Depot is cheaper and they stand behind the merchandise they sell!

Had a terrible experience with the online ordering system and then the in store experience to resolve the issue. Placed the order Wed, it was supposed to come in on Friday. It got shipped Friday and when I called, I was told there was nothing I could do unless I went into a store. The order was placed by a rep, Faye/ Fey, who told me to go to 1 location. Went there during lunch, they did not have the product. The order had been placed with another store. Manager, John at Fairfax, said it was not his fault, there was nothing he could do. I had 2 options, cancel the order or go pick it up at the other location. Had 2 drive to the other location, 25 minutes away to pick it up. Completely disgusted with the customer service provided. Please contact me with a solution.

Ive experienced nothing but AWESOME service no matter what time of the day or evening I have been in to shop or seek Copy & Print services, they are and have been extremely professional and very customer service minded. Perhaps we all could you use alittle Professional Skills Technique 101 refresher every now an again, these people are human, not your bad day bunching bag, so think sometimes before being so judgmental or maybe YOU came in with the chip on your shoulders and that is not how you treat anyone. Rule of thumb: the CUSTOMER is NOT always RIGHT!!!

Horrible customer service at this location. I was placed on hold for a very long time when I called to see if they had an item in stock. Also, I had 3 different people pick up my call and ask "how can i direct your call" and I explained that someone already asked but I was looking for an item. After they finally said no to my question they hung up on me while I was asking for more information. Staples QA if you are reading this you need to check out this staples store it is being managed poorly.

We were charged a long distance price of $2.39/$2.19 per page for a fax going to Bethesda, MD. From Woodbridge VA that is a local call. When we spoke to the manager, he acted like he could care less. Because its a different area code you get charged outrageous fees. The woman who worked at the fax area was very polite, the manager could take a lesson in customer service from her!

I went in at 8pm to get some large copies. (I asked for 11x16 or bigger.) The neutral worker (not rude but certainly not friendly or helpful) told me it would take an hour for each one. I left and went to Office Depot and got 10 copies in less than 10 minutes, total. I know where Im going next time.

Horrible customer service!!! Do not go here for your work or projects. I went to print my work you do not get notified when it will come in when u call about it the staff member gets an attitude even though they told you a certain day last week that it should be in. Will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

I think theres a portal in the back where people go to die. Kind of like Dantes inferno in there. Epically horrible. I never bother to leave bad reviews but I think I lost an hour of my life in there for no reason. If there was a -10 Id leave that many stars.

I just called to get something printed out and they dont have anyone there till 09:30 even though they opened at 8. I stated that I wished Ive known that and the lady just hung up in me! They are so freaking rude!!!!

Hit or miss based on employees. Have everything you need just have to buy when on sale. Use this store for all paper and office supply needs.

The lines here can sometimes be too long. I usually only come here for the self serve printing center where you can print, copy, or fax
