This location has some really great professionals behind the counter who really understand what they are doing. I have to print a lot of color copies on heavier weight paper for school and every time they have been quick and painless. The only time I have had to wait is because of a longer line, but even then I was working with Lee Hallock who was very nice and understanding! She got my job done as efficiently as possible despite the crowded counter situation. Ive recommended this location to my other colleges as well and they all love the reasonable prices and the fact we dont have to wait several days for a simple printing task. Love it!

I really appreciate the great customer service from the staff at the Office Max on Commonwealth Center Parkway! They are always friendly and extremely accommodating. Last week, I brought my 10-year old daughter in to have the first book she has ever written printed. She was very excited and the associate in the print area went above and beyond to make it look special and professional creating a memorable experience for her and me! With all of my print jobs, they always treat me like a valued customer and take full responsibility whenever there are any small mistakes or oversights on their end. Keep up the great work!

At the business center where there were several people in line receiving help from all of the staff. In the busy rush of jobs that required "all hands on deck," Damian had gotten to me, where I had a special request that required additional time and rework the cutting of my project several times. He went above and beyond, great customer service on a Sunday morning. Thank You!

This was the best in store experience I had in ages. I went in to look at an office chair. The staff was extremely pleasant. The store manager Todd was unbelievably helpful. Really pleasantly surprised. I have a Staples near me. The store manager is so surly. Shes too stuck up to answer your questions. I will be shopping again at OfficeMax soon.
