Dont waste your time..everything is out of stock. Associates are not knowledgeable..and management is even worse. We were treated with DISRESPECT just for attempting to make a purchase. The staff didnt even attempt to check stock or close a sale. They simply told us that the item we wanted was stolen and they have not had new stock in for a very long time. We asked if they do inventory and they said, "No." This location, similar to Best Buy on 355, needs to close or needs a serious change of management..

The staff here is great. I was frustrated with always having a hassle printing at the FedEx down the street (machines not working, slow staff), came here to print and will be in the future too. Stephanie in the copy/print dept was awesome. I had a large scale project in a rush and she was fast and knew her stuff. While she handled that I used the other machines to print out the simple stuff I didnt need help on. It was a very pleasant experience.

The techs do not know their products very well. I purchased the HP 05X toner cartridge at the recommendation of the tech specialist in-lieu of the 05A toner cartridge because he said it had more ink and was compatible with all products that accept that 05A cartridge. It fact it was not compatible with my printer and this all happened while in the middle of an important print run for our company and held up several employees from completing their work.

This Staples location has plenty of parking, appears clean and well-kept, and is never busy. The employees are rude, not willing to help, and uninformed. I visit this location because its near my home and they are the only store nearby that carries ink for my printer. While I dont expect much from the staff, they shouldnt go out of their way to make it seem like Im bothering them by entering the store and making a purchase.

Good selection of office supplies. Friendly & knowledgeable associates (most). Printing & copying has room for improvement (line at kiosk, technical difficulties etc.). Computer section has only a small selection on display. Tablets on display are only partially functional. In addition, if you dont compare online (even on Staples own site) you would be paying much more on items above $50.

Really awesome staff, especially Carlos and Tiffany in the Copy and Print Center! They made sure I was taken care of and happy when something I ordered didnt come in the expected time frame. The plan B we came up with worked out really well. They are the best!
