I was looking around at local places to see who might be able to come and look at my 32 Samsung TV that had been on the fritz and getting worse for a few months when I came across this Best Buy. I looked up the store and found this Google+ page with a lot of poor reviews and was concerned, but when I called the store to ask about getting someone out to look at my TV I didnt run into any problems. When the actual technician, Slava, actually came out to fix my TV, I had an even better experience--she was professional, courteous, and seemed to take a few extra steps beyond the normal tech support routine to figure out what was going on. After about a half an hour, she managed to clear up all the problems with my TV and explained to me what was going on (apparently, a few things buried pretty deep in the settings menus had been messed with, and it was causing the internet connectivity and app crashing problems Id been having). This was about a month ago, and since then my TVs been running fine. All that for a reasonable rate, too. I havent personally been into the store, so I cant say much about the customer service inside it, but their technicians are solid. Would highly recommend them to people looking to get their appliances looked at.

I very hated this located bestbuy. I got 2 problems with this. The first time, I and my husband bought the washer and dryer and they delivered with missing thing then they told my husband have to order it on Amazon (that mean we have to pay for that thing) they said after we got that thing just contact with bestbuy and they will let someone come to help us install it. Its ok, my husband ordered and when we got that thing we contacted with bestbuy but the didnt let anybody come to help. Until we cant wait so my husband came to the store to talk with them about this. That waste our time like 3 months. And the second time, we bought a bundle Samsung TV 40inch you will get a Xbox one free. We bought it at Tustin store. The UPS delivered TV but they broke it. We brought TV into the Westminster store to change but they said they dont have any to change and they have another model but we have to pay extra for that. If we dont want to so we can return the bundle for them. Thats the way they do the business

Very poor service. I called to check stock and waited 20 minutes on hold. They had the computer monitor I wanted so I asked them to leave it for me at the in-store pickup window, which they did, but when I got to the store I had to stand at the counter for another 5 minutes before anyone came to help. It was to the point where I was looking around and double checking the signs to make sure I was in the right area. The only reason I bought the monitor there was because I had a gift card, otherwise I could have got the monitor pretty much anywhere else and paid less. Basically the gift card was a waste... bummer. If you selling electronics at retail price when everyone else is selling them at discount at least provide some customer service and a good buying experience. I wont shop here again.

I would avoid Best Buy if you are able to. The staff here are very hit or miss and many times, you may get an employee who does not know what they are talking about. Had an incident where I was trying to trade in an old Xbox 360 during a promotion. Not only did the employee that helped me not know about the promotion, but when he plugged in the xbox to test it, he did not plug in the AV cables. This will prompt the xbox to display 4 red rings to signify that the AV cables are not plugged in. He then came back and said that I could not redeem the xbox because it was broken. I asked to speak to another member to clear the misunderstanding but he said I had to go and wait in line again. Overall, most of the employees seem undertrained and relatively rude.

I bought a Whirlpool Washing Machine, thinking that it would not need much repair work, as it is a good brand. I later came to find out I was wrong and looking at another repair, hassle, and repair cost, which I hate! But what are you going to do when your washer breaks? This is something that is needed almost daily. So I started on the dreaded task of calling in to get my washer repaired. I am surprised to say this was not the dreaded experience I had thought it would be. My appointment was scheduled fast, and Paul, the technician who came to look at my washer made the appointment quick and painless. He eve asked if I wanted him to take off his shoes upon entering my home. I am very pleased with this experience.

Got approved for a credit card for Best Buy and did some shopping around the store for the best deal on a laptop and TV. Long story short I tried to make a purchase over the phone before I got my Best Buy credit card and I kept going back and forth with customer service in the store and with Capitol One (the card company that they go through) I got so F-ing fed up with their BS I ended up canceling the card before I made a purchase. The customer isnt the one that is supposed to be breaking their back to make a purchase, its the other way around. Howards down the street will be getting all of my business from now on.

I bought a Maytag Dryer from Best Buy, love it, but I kept hearing something clinking around and it wouldnt go away. I called for repair because it was under warranty since it was new. The repair man, Peter, came to my house the next day and started inspecting the sound and he what he actually found wasnt even real problem, thank goodness for both of us. It ended up being a nickel got inside outside of the drum and was rolling around on the outside causing a bunch of noise. He removed the nickel and the dryer runs fine. He was very professional and courteous and was on time for his appointment.

Is it just me, or is Bestbuy becoming the "the home improvement warehouse " of electronics! No service, and when you do its either some idiot that just wants to go on their next break, or some halfwit that helps you by reading the product label to you as if you really needed that service! This of course is if you can find anything, the shelves being stocked are apparently a low priority at this location, that is of course unless you want something for an Apple products! HEY BESTBUY, NEWS FLASH, APPLE ALREADY HAVE THEIR OWN STORES, YOU DONT NEED TO BE THEIR NEW OUTLET!

I went to store today bought samsun tv and i asked one of the store associates about hdmi cable came with tv. He replied in a bad uneducated untrained lacked of profeasional customer services way" no brand ever does, hdmi range from $10 to $2000 it never includes in tv" what a bad way to talk to customer. All he need to reply is yes or no. He doesnt need to explain. I wonder how he got the job? Bad services. I hope Best buy focus on trainning their employee jow to have first class customer service or else customers will gradually go away.
