My experience with them was great. Heres my full story and why I recommend people to check out this place. I went in on a Wednesday to take in a Logitech 2.1 Computer Speaker system (approximate value $170+ tax new) that Ive had since September 2008. My system was not giving music out, it powered but didnt have music. They charged me $15.00 for a diagnostic and they would call me soon to let me know what was wrong. The next day K calls me and lets me know the problem and price ($65 - $15 of diagnostic= $50) to fix it. With my confirmation K fixes my sound system. On Friday I get another call to pick up my system. I took my iPod to test it and the system sounds better than before. My subwoofer works and both speakers have sound as well. Above all I liked that K speaks straight forward and when he says a price thats the final price you will pay. On top of all this he stands by his 90-day warranty. Im sure this system will last me another 4 years. Good service and genuine manager.

Im really like this place, in my past i just trow away every electronic i had, because get repair was more expensive than a new one and custumer service from company facturies always sucks and quality electronics shops wont take small jobs like 22" tvs cd players and old tecnology, alpha electronic was awesome, friendly and faster i left my tv and they repair it in 3 day i was expecting 15-20 days like other companies but here im enjoyning my favorite tv because it was a gift from a lovely person in my life, no one wont take it they told me get a new one or pay more than 400 just to repair that,..alpha electronic just repair it for $120 excelent and friendly custumer service and faster service all in one. Ill be their custumer for life ill never trow away again my electronics now i know honest peopple and good service thanks every one there for your friendly and excelent service.

Wow. Just wow! I havent been amazed by a business customer service in a long time but Ken and Alpha Electronics knocked it out of the park. The set expectations for me right from the first call. I had to get my car radio fixed and wanted to keep the original factory model. I thought itd be a job I could do myself but after talking to Ken he assured me I was in good hands. Right he was! If Id have taken it apart myself what I thought was wrong would have caused a much larger problem. Ken knows his stuff. He had it fixed quickly on a Saturday no less with him even working later hours. While other companies are shutting down, Alpha is flourishing and it is not hard to see why. Thank you thank you thank you Ken!

Alpha Electronics is a great place to repair any gadget. Before coming to Alphas I tried other places to repair my printer. They gave me an excuses because they did not have the proper soldering equipment or that the cost to repair would be more expensive than the printer. K at alphas electronics did not disappoint, he takes pride in what he does and he is mindful of the customers budget. This is why he has been in business for so long. Im so happy I found Alpha Electronics! I was referred to Ken at Alpha by a record store in Whittier and I am so happy, its like when you find a good mechanic you can trust, its really priceless. Ken Lam the manager is a very particular guy and his attention to detail is evident in his work. I brought Ken my vintage 1950s record player and he not only fixed and serviced it, he cleaned it to a sparkling shine!

When my Pioneer DJ CD broke down a few months back, I tried few places and they couldnt fix the problem, then I found Alpha Electronics. Theyre were very helpful and had a lot of information about my equipment. Their prices are very reasonable and their fast service is remarkable. I would highly recommend Alpha Electronics, they are thorough, honest and dependable, with reasonable prices. I took a unique amplification system for repair and needed it fixed by a certain date.
